Did an online pickup around 8pm on 1/7. I didn’t have any other food that day and woke up with food poisoning symptoms on 1/8 lasting almost 24 hours :-))) I got a BLT

I'm upset don't have the meat you want happens frequent but today also got burnt bread noticed after it was already brought to me, there is no excuse for sending a sub out to customer the one working is responsible for doing this so paid for something that could not eat ridiculous ... This is the sub I received I go there often it's just upsetting that this is the product( sub) I was given .. Not sure I will go back give them my service if I knew who was working made this sub I might give my service there ... Just fusterated with this order received ... 😡 the person working there this morning should understand how would they feel if someone gave them food burnt couldn't eat ..

The food is all open and exposed, the bread was hard, food mixed with other food. Last time I order from there.

I ordered through the subway app at this store the discount code was not added so I called to cancel the order so I could get the bogo discount I was then told they had no bread to make my order for a hour and that I had to call 2 different numbers to get a refund which do not give any options for a refund all inquiries point that I have to contact the store I ordered from to cancel the order I was then told I would have to wait for a manager the next day I asked them to contact the manager or the owner so I could get my refund and they hung up on me .

It would be nice to get what you ordered when you place order online some ppl have to get it and have other ppl to pick it up... Then if you have no way to take it back you are stuck with it you need to pay more attention and get your orders right very dissatisfied.. .. This has happened several times ..

My family and I have eaten at A LOT of Subway's and at each and everyone, we always comment to one another, the one in GLOUSTER is the BEST!! We will drive great distances just to go to THAT Subway!!!! The employees are fantastic and always treat everyone with RESPECT! The food is always FRESH! We went to one in Logan (Walmart) and the lettuce was BROWN and the woman THOUGHT she was going to give that to us! Psh no way! The ONLY thing I DON'T like about ALL the SUBWAY restaurants is THIS.....on the sliders, we SHOULD be ALLOWED to put the toppings of OUR CHOICE on those! It's like you can get a lot on there to begin with, so it's a little silly that we have to eat OUR food....YOUR way!
