ordered a good amount of food it was all fine but 2 large caramel mochiattos I got were milk n ice no coffee at all no taste of caramel..asked the lady is this just milk..nicely as I'm not rude and she said it has some coffee I had to change the milk over..wth does that mean and why am I paying 7 bucks for 2 cups of watered down milk..should said let me fix it and made new as I am not a complainer ..she brushed it off.
ordered through the mobile app and the manager who bagged and handed us our order in the drive thru all managed to get it wrong. at 10:00 at night. making a special needs child melt down, call his mother names and throw things at her.
