Fast food has gotten so expensive. The food is often disappointing. The sandwiches are so messily put together and the patties seem smaller and smaller. The re is never anyone to greet you at the counter anymore and it is often visibly dirty, even during not so busy times. Especially the drink area. Lots of people working but not the same. Customer service and McDonalds is not what it once was and definitely not better.

If I could leave a negative 5 star review I would. We made an order through the mobile app, gave them the confirmation code at the window and they canceled our order. Refused to still give us our food even though we showed them we got an email from the bank from them still charging us. Manager was rude. Will never go back to this location.
EDITING TO ADD: My husband called corporate and they looked into it. They said our mobile order was still active and it showed that our food was ready for pick up. This location and their workers are a bunch of crooks.

I would give negative stars for this place, the management cheats the McDonald's system by deleting orders before they are filled so corporate doesn't see how inefficient this place is ran. While doing this people have their orders skipped/missed, and it causes a backup worse than if they'd just accept 1 or 2 slow orders, hopefully McDonald's corporate will send in a few people to fix the issues...
