I’ve never been charged for extra sugar and cream at any other biggby location EVER or even any other coffee shop! I think it’s insane to charge .14 cents for EACH extra sugar and cream especially without knowing that it’s an extra charge for sugar and cream AT A COFFEE SHOP and on top of that I also got frozen mocktail and they blended the entire lemon with it. I just think that’s a little strange and I don’t think anyone wants to Chew on chunks of lemon skins with their drink. Definitely will NOT be going to this location again.

While I didn't order food, the iced coffee with white lighting was absolutely delicious. My best friend ordered an iced pumpkin Chai and even though I'm not really crazy about pumpkin or Chai, I had to admit it was really good. Service was incredible, it was very clean and orderly, and the employees were all very friendly. It was my very first experience at Biggby (at any location) and I will definitely go back.

LISTEN TO FACEBOOK MORE OFTEN! First to start off i’ve never felt the need to review any place in my life. It’s kind of funny to me that all of the good reviews to this place are staff or all have the same last names… went on 10/15 in the morning and was greeted with a cold and obnoxious sounding hello from one of the girls working at 8am. Have already heard questionable things about this place but i wanted to have hope. I was sadly mistaken to do so, my egg was cold the cheese wasn’t even melted the ham was cold aswell ?!!! my daughters hot matcha was all foam and by the time we got home and were about to have some it was 50% gone. safe to say the rumors are true and i will not be returning! Worst 20 bucks i’ve ever spent and reading that number out loud to myself makes me feel even worse.

I had such a great experience at Biggby of Grafton! The girls working were SO nice and welcoming—they went out of their way to help me with my coupons and even made sure my rewards account was set up correctly. That kind of customer service makes such a big difference, and they made me feel really taken care of.
The food was delicious—the maple waffle sandwich is honestly the best breakfast sandwich I’ve had in a long time! The coffee was not only yummy but also really pretty (you can tell they take pride in how they make drinks).
Overall, I left super happy. Amazing service, friendly staff, and tasty food and drinks—can’t ask for more. I’ll definitely be coming back!
