Ordered online said asap 15-20 mins. Took 1 hour. When I picked it up pizza was cold so not sure what happened but won't be back

We ordered online, we received a text that said our pick up time was 45-hour which was no issue. We showed up 55 minutes after we placed the order and got told after 10 minutes of standing there that it would be another 15-20 minutes. We walked away after saying okay, just for the rude employee to be running her mouth and swearing to a non employee who was behind the counter about me for being frustrated when we walked back in. When we got home with the order, it wasn't correct and 1 of our 4 pizzas had hair strung threw multiple pieces of it. The food was decent, This was a first time for us and a terrible experience.

This place isn’t usually open. Ever.

Delivery experience was awful delivery pizza was opened and dropped outside. Forgot items and refused to bring them back. Offered 9$ back on a 40$ order with tip already paid.

Ordered a large with 1/2 being sausage and banana pepper and other half just cheese.
I got 1/2 sausage and half banana pepper.
The sausage wasn’t cooked all the way through ( nice and pink inside )
The cheesy bread was ok.

Other Giovanni’s locations have been excellent, this one ehhhh not even close.
