Delivery experience was awful delivery pizza was opened and dropped outside. Forgot items and refused to bring them back. Offered 9$ back on a 40$ order with tip already paid.

Ordered a large with 1/2 being sausage and banana pepper and other half just cheese.
I got 1/2 sausage and half banana pepper.
The sausage wasn’t cooked all the way through ( nice and pink inside )
The cheesy bread was ok.
Other Giovanni’s locations have been excellent, this one ehhhh not even close.
