When you first walk in you will anticipate some good bbq. The place is smoky and ramshackle. A couple of tables for eat in, they do alot of takeaway. When you get your food it's not good bbq. The ribs were way over done. Ribs should have chew, not be jerky. Burgers were very over salted. Brisket was bland and unevenly sliced. Beans were bland. The hushpuppies were decent so were the fries. Service was very nice. I love bbq and smoked food, I unfortunately will not be back here.
I'm also the 1% that will bother to give criticism when it's due.

Don't know how a place called jones bones can be out of ribs... first time ordering i got super old tasting chicken i went to reorder today and the wings are off the menu. Got a call they are out of ribs but they closed online right after so i couldn't even write a review.. last time ill order here seems like a sus establishment.

All over cooked not really good bbq in my honest opinion . Ribs still had silver skin on the bottom and brisket was chewy and not tender at all . Fries were fried in old grease and not crispy or light colored . Maybe I went on a off day where no one gaf. Also everything tastes like it was heavily sprayed with apple cider vinegar to the point where you cant taste the meat. I give 5 stars so you actually read my constructive criticism.

I just went to a picnic which featured the Jones Bones truck. The food was delicious! Service was quick and excellent! I had the Polish Girl and a side of Mac and cheese. Every bite was fantastic, highly recommended!

Today was the first time I tried Jones Bones, my job had it catered for us. The food was delicious and the employees were so kind to serve us in the middle of a downpour! I was able to speak with one of the owners and it’s just a husband and wife that own this and do majority of the work on their own. I’m excited to visit their restaurant and happy to support them! My husband had it today for his company picnic and said the staff was rude, gave a squirt of BBQ sauce equal maybe to a ketchup packet and would not give any extra when asked for, the Mac & Cheese looked like mashed potatoes, the baked beans was like soup with maybe 10 beans, and pretty sure the Cole Slaw came from Apples. And don't get him started on the corn bread; he has been looking forward to this for some time and very disappointing, will never eat there again.
