Someone needs to tell this place to cook the fries completely. Wimpy oily fries - yuck. The whole wings are small compared to other places & they say smoked & deep fried, I call BULL! Neither smoked or deep fried, tasted like they were baked in the oven & then tossed with bbq sauce. Horrible place will never come back or recommend.

I ordered a half slab of ribs which came with 2 sides. The coleslaw was missing, not a big deal, not a fan anyways. I drove a half a mile up the road and my ribs are ice cold as well as the Mac and cheese. Napkins... I got a shred of a napkin of a full roll of napkins. Highly disappointed cause in was craving bbq. The sauce was good, the ribs, not half bad, but who wants cold food m

This place is awesome. I got to order off of their food truck prior to entering the 49ers vs Browns game this past Sunday. It's an amazing option to eat just mere feet before the stadiums entrance. Fair warning, they don't have beer as they're not permitted to sell it there. To be honest, I need to give the Browns credit for allowing these food trucks to feed people that close to the stadium.I went ahead and ordered the polish girl. That's a tasty polish topped with pulled pork, sauce, fries, & coleslaw. The coleslaw was super sweet, which is how I like it. The pork is really tender and had great flavor, as well as the polish itself. I walked into the stadium nice & full.

Put in a catering order less than 24 hours notice for 35 People. They were able to accommodate. They did such a fantastic job. It was on time, Food taste/ looked great. Our employees loved the food. Thank you

If y'all want some of the best damn BBQ I've ever had y'all need to go to Jones Bones BBQ & Grub . The food heals your soul, and the staff is beyond amazing.
Today they came for my company lunch. My boyfriend ordered two main meals. One came with a side but the lady owner did not ask what he wanted. I myself asked, "he gets a side with the sandwich right?" Just double checking, bringing her attention to it. She seemed confused so I was just explaining what I meant, her husband other owner, started yelling at me, "if he wanted a side, he would say he wanted a side!" I was so caught off guard, I wasn't even talking to him, asked a simple question, and I get screamed at. The woman definitely did not agree with how he acted because she was very kind with me after and I didn't see her be nice to other people previously. So lady, thank you and sorry for the confusion, but sir you are disrespectful, beligerant, and clearly unhinged. I just wanted to make sure he got his side, that was it.

Never again. They double charge for sides, and the lady at the counter isn’t to friendly either. From what I understand most companies will switch out a side with another if you don’t like it. Not this place ! You have to buy a side of it. Been here twice and both experiences have been horrible. The lady at the counter doesn’t even speak back when you say “hi how are you” that should’ve been my first sign to leave. I was going to dine in but decided to leave after the rude woman at the counter, and then she was so worried about double charging for sides that she forgot my sons food ! THE WOMAN AT THE COUNTER IS THE OWNER !!!!!

Our HOA had the Jones Bones food truck come to our development tonight. We were excited to try the food due to the positive reviews online. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed that their food wasn't what we expected from an "awesome" BBQ spot as stated in other reviews. We both got 4 ribs, with mac & cheese as our side. While the ribs were substantially sized and tasted decent, they were very inconsistently cooked. Some were fall off the bone tender, while others were actually chewy. My husband would have preferred to have less sauce (he prefers a dry rub), so having the sauce on the side might be a better idea. I would strongly recommend avoiding the mac & cheese. It was, without a doubt, the worst tasting and driest either of us has ever eaten! There was zero flavor and it was so dry, it was actually hard to eat. Thankfully, we had taken our food home to eat and I had a little leftover Tostitos queso sauce that we mixed into the mac n cheese to make it somewhat edible. my in lawsalso got dinner there tonight. They said the pulled chicken sandwich and ribs they had weren't bad, but the fries were greasy and not properly cooked (soggy, not crispy). All in all, we likely would not go to their restaurant or return to their food truck, which is a real shame since it's one of the few BBQ places anywhere near us.Vegetarian options: I didn't see anything on their food truck menu that would have been good for vegetarians, other than maybe the sides. I'm not sure I'd recommend them though, as the mac & cheese was horrible and my in laws said the fries weren't good either.

Absolutely probably the worst BBQ I’ve had in a long time! Nothing was good except the hush puppies. Mac n Cheese was cold and old looking. Burnt Ends weren’t even smoked they were done on a grill at best and slopped in sauce and salt. BLT was mediocre at best that my wife had and the “SMOKED” Chicken wings were definitely not smoked and were barely cooked the skins was chewy and rubbery. Again had no crisp to them as they should being smoked then deep fried like the menu says. All in all I wouldn’t recommend this spot for good BBQ and I wouldn’t go back unless they actually made the food properly and not just described it properly.
