Wanted to like it. 1 employee working. No doughnuts and no menu board for coffee. 9:30am on Mother’s Day. When we walked in she told us she was going on a 10 minute break to make more doughnuts???? We just wanted a coffee but decided against it and walked out

If you’re looking for some unique yummy treats for an event or just yourself this is the place to visit! I haven’t found a thing I dislike here. My granddaughters always ask for some donuts from “the little shop by my house”. We even got to visit the Easter bunny here this past weekend. If you’re driving by and on the fence about checking it out please do. You’ll be happy you did 😋

First time trying this place since Expresso bakery in Elyria went out of business.
The apple fritters were basically raw in the center. So raw that it broke in half when I picked it up. Was raw batter throughout. The glazed donuts were stale and had zero flavor. Was hoping to find a good mom and pop shop to support. Sadly, this isn’t one.

This morning was my first time trying Kountry Dough & Jo. The lady working there was so kind and sweet and she made it a joy when I picked out the donuts for my kids. I also ordered a couple of caramel macchiatos and they were delicious as well. You really can't beat the price as these are custom flavors. We will definitely be back for more.

Unfortunately there were not a lot of donuts to choose from. And it's not like I was there late in the day. I bought a cinnamon roll and it was so-so.

You can't find quality food and service other than a small business. Kountry Dough & Jo take pride in making fresh donuts every day. Not only are they very fun and unique but they are also delicious! I love the jo there also. Fresh and Hot!!!

Got Apple fritters this morning. They were doughy!! THEN I FOUND A HAIR!!! 🤢🤢🤢 Worth zero stars!!! I forgot an important detail. I called, the girl said she would tell “them” I said it’s rather disturbing… she says I will tell them, then finally adds sorry. I think that should have been first… the other donuts we had I would not eat… my husband said were also sub par.

These donuts are handcrafted made on a daily basis, they're not mundane or boring, I find his peach and pineapple fritters to be unique and I'm looking forward to the paczkis
I highly recommend this business. Not only are their doughnuts and coffees delightfully delicious 😋 but the staff is so friendly and welcoming. This business clearly has interest in being involved and giving back to their community as proven by past events they’ve held such as photos with Santa for example. I love supporting small businesses and this business deserves the recognition!

Been coming here since opening & have now came again with the new owners. Still delicious & was still able to order delicious donuts for my daughter’s class for her birthday. (It’s a tradition now since opening - she had to have them for birthday AND a holiday school party the first year). Thanks for allowing me to pick up a preorder for her special day :)
