Ordered 3 pizza's, a large garden salad and a large Italian salad. Pizza's were ok, we've called in for many orders over the years. I was extremely disappointed in the large Italian salad, it appeared that they filled the container only half way. Compared to the large garden salad ... we got shorted. Spent $71.00 tonight...Marco needs to improve and be consistent.

I've been a Marco's regular for seven years. I've never had a complaint until last night. My pepperoni pizza was more than half soaked on the bottom with an unidentified, greasy liquid. Far too much to be explained by the pepperoni. It was nearly dripping with liquid and had a sharp, unusual taste.
I did request a refund for the first time ever but as a friendly regular of seven years, I went out of my way to be understanding and respectful about it. The guy I spoke to was unnecessarily rude in return. He used a cold tone of voice and said "You're complaining about that?" and "Whatever" during my call. When I told him sincerely to have a good night, he hung up without saying anything.
If not for the bad attitude, I would have let this go without a review but after being treated that way, not a chance. I'm done with this location.

I normally go to Marco's for my pizza never a problem This time I went to the one in Grafton Ohio The guy cooking the food was very rude I asked him if he can cut my sub sandwich in half He told me 'no' I said pretty please He said no he only does it for his friends He never cut my sandwich. .

Have ordered here for years but there going on 20 mins late I called the store and they told me o sorry they took it to the wrong place there leaving with it now.. I would have appreciated a phone call or something not just oops were sorry. Now it will probably be cold and I'll be late taking my diabetes meds. Just not acceptable in my eyes

It’s always 10/10 pizza, service, and super fast delivery times. Today, I was given a free cheesy bread as the staff had made an extra one. It’s stellar service and then little things like that. Good business all around.
