I normally go to Marco's for my pizza never a problem This time I went to the one in Grafton Ohio The guy cooking the food was very rude I asked him if he can cut my sub sandwich in half He told me 'no' I said pretty please He said no he only does it for his friends He never cut my sandwich. .

Have ordered here for years but there going on 20 mins late I called the store and they told me o sorry they took it to the wrong place there leaving with it now.. I would have appreciated a phone call or something not just oops were sorry. Now it will probably be cold and I'll be late taking my diabetes meds. Just not acceptable in my eyes

We love this Marco's and order from here all the time, usually weekly. We have never had a bad experience here. The pizza is always exactly how I love it. I always get "lighter sauce" because I have gastritis, and it's always the perfect amount! Not too saucy, not too dry. I'm so picky, I know. The crust is so good with the Parmesan and toppers. They are generous with the toppings. And we always get a cheesy bread as well.No matter what, it's always perfect and always ready when they say it will be.

It’s always 10/10 pizza, service, and super fast delivery times. Today, I was given a free cheesy bread as the staff had made an extra one. It’s stellar service and then little things like that. Good business all around.

So my buddy and I were golfing for a while and after we were like let’s get a pizza. So we ordered a pizza online and went to go pick it up. When we get in there no one was wearing gloves ☹️ and then they went to go touch money to touching pizzas :( food was good tho :) Service dude seemed a bit annoyed too.
Yes this location has great pizza to offer my only issue today was my order was not what I expected to be I ordered Large Pepperoni Magnifico and there was no Old World Pepperoni on it this was kinda disappointing wish they would pay more attention to what the CUSTOMER orders and PAYS for just saying otherwise great place.

Ordered on their new online platform for a later curbside pickup. Arrived about 15 minutes early and checked in and waited. On time the owner came out and apologized and stated that the check in wasn't working. I let him know that I checked in early and him bringing the pizza out was actually right on time.He said they are working the final bugs out on the new online ordering app.Great guy and great pizza as always. Cares 100% about his customers and their experience.
