The worst experience of my life. Waited over 30 minutes for food, a worker came out to see why I was still waiting, said we didn’t get our food. Another 15 minutes go by & still nothing: went inside to stand & wait longer. For employees to meet up with friends, joke around & cuss about things. the “manager” enjoying her food & her icecream. Then She then asks what i need, still no food or anything. Just a crappy attitude & finally my money back. Get your act together, literally the worst place on earth. I could say way worse but I’ll keep it to myself.

I love that McDonald's has a app now because they never really used to give out coupons. This place somehow seems to be like a winning lottery scratch off ticket every time I go. They have an extra milkshake an extra cone, a extra coffee, something that was extra and they give it to me for free. I love that. Plus when I ask him for well done on the chicken nuggets they are crispy crispy crispy. Thank you guys!

Worst McDonalds all around! The nighttime manager is not very accommodating when they screwed ur order up! Ordered 2 teas, one sweet one half sweet half unsweet, both unsweet tea, ordered a double filet-o-fish and ended up with a single! I order on the app so there can be no discrepancies and every time something is wrong. When we pulled up to the window to finally tell them after already telling the cashier(who apparently did not pass the message along) only to finally get to the window to be given someone else’s stuff. We said no, we need u to fix our order. They proceeded to ask us to pull forward again! My husband said no i will wait right here! At this point the manager came over and said what now? RUDE RUDE! No customer service what so ever! If she was the manager at my store, she would be fired! Not a very good example of a leader at all!

Love the people who work there and the customers are so friendly. Great place to doordash
Double cheeseburger, fry and Dr Pepper. Fries were cold as if they were under the lamp for hours. Double cheeseburger was OLD! Like it literally broke in half! No flexibility to the sandwich whatsoever! Immediately to the trash. Grafton McDonalds is disgusting. If I could give it negative stars I would.

My daughter & I enjoy going for breakfast every so often. We can order in-app if it's late & we're wanting something artery clogging but hot & honestly, it's a treat. Has always been tidy & clean. Also, has the best rootbeer.
Kid-friendliness: Didn't mind that my kid talks loud & lots.
Wheelchair accessibility: Would be nice to have a button.

One of the slowest McDonald’s around, there are times you may wait 30 minutes from the time you pull in the drive through until the time you leave with your food. If you’re looking for fast food I suggest Taco Bell 100 feet down the road
