The guy that works/ owns this franchise is extremely rude and leaves you feeling quite uneasy. Very creepy. Doesn’t

The young guy (8/27 at 330pm) making my sandwich would not greet or talk. I had to tell him several times how I wanted my sub made and still didn’t do as I asked. When I had to ask 3 times to wrap my foot long separate he scuffed at me. Really unprofessional and uncalled for. I will not go back

Almost Always good food at Subway BUT, they print coupons, n some Subways won't take Coupons. There needs to b a Sign on the Door: We do Not accept our Company Coupons!!! McyDz will even take old ones as will KFC! They like business!t

The people who work at this location seam lost and clearly do not know how to make a sandwich. Wost customer service
Turned around and walked out. I started ordering and that man just started adding stuff to my sandwich, that I didn't ask for.
Thank you to the awesome employee who helped me correct an order after I had issues with the phone app. I just wanted to give her a huge shoutout! she said she was new but handled it like a pro!. The sandwich was great and ingredients tasted fresh. Thanks again!!
I just went there and got two subs and the guy completely made them wrong and when I told him about it, he said take it up with corporate Today’s date is November 30 at 1:13 PM so whoever was on that shift is very highly disrespectful, unpleasant and awful kept mumbling stuff under his breath every time I asked something and when I asked for extra sauce, he huffed and puffed and slammed the bottle back into the container

The second time I've walked out and not ordered anything because the person behind the counter had a bad attitude. They walk up and don't say anything and expect me to just start ordering. Also gave me dirty looks like he was mad I was there.

The owner of this place is either incompetent or doesn't care. The poor girl working at noon on 10/04/2024 is by herself. She's doing the best she can wifh multiple people in line while orders continue to come in from online. I've personally just watched 4 people walk out, not mad at her, but because they can't wait due to their lunch time. As a business owner myself, the opportunities missed here are astronomical. Watch the footage if your cameras work. Money has walked out this door more times than I can count.

It’s unfortunate that the service is so terribly slow because I truly think this location would be a gold mine with not many quick food options in the Grafton area…
I ordered online for in store pick up because I was hoping to receive my order in a timely manner.
After my order said it was ready on the app, I proceed to wait in store for another 40+ minutes for my order to be made…
It’s sandwiches?!?! We are now working on my sandwich order for over an hour?!?!
While I am waiting, the employee stops working on my order which is already past the pick up time and waits on customers that are just walking in.. with no sense of urgency.
This is not the first time I’ve had the SAME experience with the same employee at this exact location. When confronted about my order I was snapped at with “yeah I’m working on it” A simple apology would have changed my mood.
Maybe it’s not her fault, maybe they should have more staff for smoother operations.
The fact I have to turn to google to share my frustrations is ridiculous.

Extremely slow service and the employees have no sense of work ethic nor completing orders in an efficient and timely manner.
Ordered a sub online to be done at 12pm got to the store at 12:15pm. I didn't have my sub made until 12:45pm... the app all this time said my order was ready.
