a joke, Employees are all so kind But the owner something different for sure. owner is rude and frankly seems to hate her job. definitely not appropriate to take that energy towards your customers though! deleting negative reviews is not an appropriate way to run a buisness

The worst online ordering system I have ever encountered. Took us well over an hour to place an 80.00 order. Will never use subway again. Tried calling and no one ever answered. Had a very hungry tired moving crew here tofeed, not happy

Been eating here for years, never had an issue until recently. Ordered on the app for pickup, got charged to my card and a confirmation that the food was being prepared. When I went to pick it up the staff said they hadn't received any order from me, then argued with me about which address was correct and became super dismissive and refused to even attempt to process a refund, or even just make the food i already paid for and had the electronic receipt pulled up on my phone. Went up there today to try to get a refund again, and they told me I'd have to dispute the charge with my bank. Absolutely ridiculous, and unacceptable service from a restaurant. So, thats how my last visit to a subway went. Hopefully I can save someone the headache.

I had such a craving for subway that I went back after 3 months. They must have new management because they were amazing. The gentleman who made my sandwich created a beautiful, fully loaded masterpiece right in front of me. I am glad I gave it another try. Thank you, gentlemen, for your great service.

Ordered here after lagrange subway got strike 2. The subs were better. The employees were polite. In the future I will drive to Grafton for my subs, lagrange has received strike 3.

Horrible horrible customer service! I spent $50 on subs on Nov 10th to be delivered to a game night I was hosting. They never arrived. I have contacted the store, the delivery service, and their customer service through their website. Took 3 tries from Doordash and 3 from myself for an answer from anybody. Patricia sent me an email telling me to call a number and ask for the delivery depth. I did, the lady I spoke to said they had no such dept or anything like it, so I sent an email back to Patricia 3 times over 3 weeks. As of December 11th I have yet to receive a reply at all or my money back. $50 just gone.

I had takeout for dinner was cheap and good food. Parking had a parking lot and it was free with wheel chair access. The food also has vegan options and can be completely Customizable. Would recommend if you need something quick.

We had coupons and they would not honor them, so we ended up paying 3x what the coupon was. They told us they don't accept the subway coupons, the manager told them it wasn't profitable for there store to accept them. There are no store numbers on the coupons. All subways should accept the coupons.
