The neighbors are nice but management needs to do a better job at taking care of the money. When you pay cash and in person they charge you a $19.50 service fee and they keep it hidden and they refuse to take it off your bill. They need someone responsible to be on grounds at all times that will take care of things and maintain the water instead of just letting it smell.
Playground: A few things for children.
Toilets: Very clean showers and restrooms.
Dog-friendliness: Dog friendly
The best camp ground I've ever been too
What a great place to camp. Friendly staff and neighbors. Our grandkids loved coming to visit where they could fish, swim and make new friends. Highly recommend this clean and well taken care of campsite. We'll be making it our summer home. Thanks to all who welcomed us!
Playground: All the kids seemed to love it
Restrooms: Clean and well maintained
Dog-friendliness: Very dog friendly.
Picnic area: Nice outdoor patio
The water here smells horribly of hydrogen sulfide
We are new to this region and found them on the Internet. Great camp ground. The owners are new and doing a great job improving it and the long term campers are also impressed. Looking forward to more.
Attended a wedding it was beautiful. Ladies room smelled of raw sewage but what do u expect on a campground. Had a blast.
Fantastic park with a beautiful event center
We stayed here in February so of course it was cold, snowy, and very windy. I think it would be really nice in the summer and fall. The campground is very nice size with a beautiful lake and geese, a nice playground, and what appears to be a great event center although I did not see the inside. The lots are on the smaller side with plastic picnic tables and fire pits. Great rates and the guys working the grounds are very helpful and accommodating. Good wifi although we were close to the office, so this could vary. The local town is really beautiful, it's a nice location. Septic is above ground tanks, but they are emptied weekly and it's not an issue. The only reason for 4 star rating is because of flooding at our site and around the grounds when there's a lot of rain or melting snow. Again, this is probably not as bad at other times of the year, but our site was completely surrounded by water a couple of the days we were there. I think more gravel could help this, and the new owner said he intends to try to fix the issue. Overall, this is a good place to stay especially for the price.
Brent and Teresa are doing a great job! It has become a family campground now that they are managing the campground. Brent has already made lots of improvements. But if the rumor is true about the rent going up another $400.00 they will lose a lot of campers.Playground: Needs improvements. We put sand in the sand box last year and it is all gone.Restrooms: Very clean

I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here. They aren't fixing old problems. This place is trash. The water eats your hoses and is toxic (full of peroxide) They offer no service. Tanks overflow and they will act as if you are inconveniencing them. Playground has pools of disgusting water sitting in the swing area. The internet is horrible. They had the nerve to raise the rates $350 a season and basically offer you nothing, if fact they offer less than before. People drive like maniacs through here. They let their dogs do their business in your site. Drive the wrong way on the one way roads. Block the roads and get mad at you because they can't park or walk to talk to friends. There are quite a few friendly people here. However ther eare more unfriendly people who go out of their way to ignore any friendly gesture. THIS IS NOT A CAMPGROUND, IT'S A TRAILER PARK!.Most of the campers left. Park hasn't been half full all season it's so bad. Others pull in and pull out. I stay by myself, so imagine how long it takes to fill a 300 gallon tank, plus my on board tanks. Well, I have been asking to be dumped since fecal matter is over flowing on the ground. I wrote on Saturday. They said they will do it Tuesday (leaking fecal matter into a public area is acceptable to these clowns) It is now Thursday. They drove past me twice on Tuesday and did nothing, I am sure their friends got dumped. Then they question if they told me Tuesday even though they have avoided my texts and calls for the past 5 days. IF, they dump tomorrow, it will have been 7 days of leaving septic water leaking out into the ground here. I am sure the health department and news would love to hear of this. I have video as well. Additional plus: anyone is allowed to stay, we have kicked out tweakers and their meth lab. We have pedophiles across from the playground and so much more. No rules are enforced. Great place if you intend to be asleep by 9pm. 90% of the camp is workers and this place is dead every day. This isn't a camping experience. It's an overpriced nightmare. Absolutely unacceptable all around.

This place Is about a year in .....Under its new management. And all those that I came across...Seem so pleased......... with Brent's efforts.I believethere's approximately 140 sites here.A lot of them are occupied By seasonals & those on job assignments.*On an important side note.....This campground is open YEAR round.you'll findThat MOST of the campgroundsin a greater part of this area.......CLOSE..........mid october.
Everyone is nice. No septic lines but they do have tanks they put under your camper. And they pump it out as needed. They have activities every weekend. Pond with a swimming area. Altogether a very nice park.Playground: They have a couple of playgrounds for children. I believe they have children's activities in the park, but since I don't have young children haven't paid to much attention.Dog-friendliness: Very dog friendly. There is plenty of room to walk and not be bothered by other dogs if that is what you want.Picnic area: There are a couple of different picnic areas. Most of the camp sites have tables. They have tables and chairs outside the office. Another building closer to the Swimming pond has tables and chairs as well.

New owners are fixing old problems. Quite trailer park. Pretty relaxed and great pond. The water here is horrible. So is the internet. But as for a camp, it's nice. Variety of sized lots. Laid back without it being trashy. Nice place over allPlayground: Small but effective. The good ole playground with a merry go round, swings and slid.Restrooms: Restrooms by the pond for swimmers. Not for public use.Dog-friendliness: Easy going with dogs. Clean up after your dog and you will have no issues.Picnic area: Lota of open space and a picnic area on the beach. Plenty of room to roam.
