A very nice restaurant we tried out when we were visiting Grand Rapids. I ordered the gyro special. It was pretty good the service was friendly and I never had to wait on a refill

I originally gave just a star review but after seeing how you make excuses for your staff and yourself then point your finger at your customers like we are in the wrong I thought I would make an update. We work hard for our money so when we go into an establishment and the atmosphere is worse than a soup kitchen, the food looks and tastes like over cooked slop from 3 days ago, and we start growing roots from the wait and then you want to give us a $25+ bill for 2 of the nastiest lunches then yes you Miss Boss are going to hear about it. Redirect your anger because your customers are not to blame. Instead of getting nasty about the comments, learn from them.

Great waitress, best mushroom burger I’ve had in years.

I stopped in for lunch while I was out on a bike ride. I ordered their Ceasar chicken wrap, and it was FANTASTIC!
The young lady who took my order was both charming and attentive.
The decor in Lilly's is quite inviting with a rustic, small town cafe that is comfortable and appealing.

First the smell was too much. The carpet I think has seen better days like 100 years ago. The Cole slaw was made with lettuce and sour don’t know y. Half the table got their food and it was burnt. When the rest of the food finally got there the steak ? even smelled like the place not good. The salad bar had brown hot lettuce and chewy crotons???? I would say the cleanest part of the whole thing was the bathroom. Oh and they was out of 6 things on their menu. Good luck ?

Unfortunately the restaurant was not what we expected. My turkey Reuben was okay but the meatloaf looked awful and someone had the roast beef wrap and that meat looked overcooked..We did have a party of 8 but it was around 130 and they said they had someone call in. Our server was pleasant but not as attentive as she could be. Most of our party said they would not come back here. Itt too bad since they are about the only place for lunch in Grand Rapids.

Salad bar had over ripe cukes. Waitress said she would restock never did it eas 6pm not like we walked in @ closing time. Waited for our bill after 15 minutes of waitress playing tic tac toe with a customer I finally had to go and ask her for the bill. Place is filthy

Thought this place was going to be great! But with slow service, disgusting carpet, and did not appreciate the server calling my boyfriend “love” and “baby”. I had to re-order twice due to them not having the beef and noodles or angel noodles during lunch hours. Took more than one hour to receive my food. Food did not look appealing. Will never come here ever again. Not worth money and time.

This place is ok. They definitely need to update it. It's very cluttered. The decor is weird the food is mediocre. It could use some help for sure. Could be a really good spot if it was taken care of

This is a very nice atmosphere and exactly what you’re hoping to see in a small town. I had breakfast and my server was Hannah. She took care of everyone there and was very nice and her service was exceptional. The menu was great for breakfast; very concise, making your choices easily. Prices were very fair. I’ll definitely be back.
