TERRIBLE! won't be back and won't recommend to anyone! I don't mind paying $3.99 for a burger ......but it sure should be cooked! Shame on me for not seeming rude and opening it in front of staff to ensure quality ......this is what you get when you trust an establishment to actually cook their food! Doneness at this type of establishment should not be required to divulge! I want my frozen low grade meat COOKED COMPLETELY!!!!And I believe you are responsible to cook it completely! Does this look done? NAH!!! had to bring it home and COOK IT so I could give my pup his treat !!!

Not happy past few times we've gone it's so busy the staff can't seem to keep up the wait is ridiculous..... They messed up my order....I had to stand outside in the sun with minimal seating while getting eaten by river bugs 😞 not happy at all

I have been to Rita's several times this summer since she sold it. They didn't have apple flavor burst, and 2 weeks ago didn't have any flavor of burst. I wanted a almond joy blizzard, and they had no coconut. Then Sarurday went for a cone, and the ice cream tasted like it had grit in it. I was not the only one, there were several complaints and the line wrapped around the building. I'm sorry because I've looked forward walking uptown and getting ice cream. Not going back this year. Might try them next spring.

Food is overpriced. Cheeseburgers are disgusting. If you order pop I suggest getting it without ice cause that's all you'll pretty much get. The pretzels are also nasty they look burnt fries are very very crispy to much so for my liking. Nothing bad to say about the staff if only the food could catch up with the staff things would be good
Waited 30 mins in line only to get at window to walk away menu said shredded chicken sandwich and the lady said the kitchen don't open till 430 and byway we don't have them might want to change menu
