We love eating at Wildside! Good atmosphere and the servers & bartenders are always kind and accommodating. We have loved the specialty cocktails since Burt has started. They are all standouts!!

Wild Side Brewery is everything you want in a small-town spot with great vibes. Located in a beautiful, historic brick building just steps from the Maumee River, it blends old-school charm with a laid-back, welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to hang out all night. The live local music scene is one of the best in the region; whether it’s a gritty acoustic set or a full band, the talent they bring in consistently delivers. It’s the kind of place where the music fills the room but doesn’t overpower conversation. Their beer selection is a thoughtful mix of house brewed favorites and rotating taps from other standout Ohio and Michigan breweries. You’ll always find something new to try, and it’s clear they take pride in showcasing local craft talent. If you’re not a big craft beer person and want something on the lighter side, try the Shotgun Ale. And don’t even think about leaving without trying the Detroit-style pizza. It’s thick, crispy, cheesy, and absolutely loaded with flavor. Although they have a solid Wild Side Amber, if I had one small suggestion, it’d be to bring in a few more dark beers—porters, stouts, browns, and reds. The hop lovers are well taken care of, but us dark beer fans would love to see a bit more variety on the maltier side. Overall, Wild Side Brewery is a must stop if you’re anywhere near Grand Rapids, Ohio. Great drinks, incredible pizza, amazing music, and all of it inside a beautiful, historic building right near the river. It’s Ohio small town charm at its finest.

Wild Side Brewing Company did an outstanding job helping with a celebration. Burt was great with communicating and guiding us to host 40ish people. We enjoy the atmosphere, music,food and drinks at Wild Side! Thanks again to all the staff for a fantastic event!

Taylor and Caleb and Trent are superb. I have never had such amazing service. They are willing to adjust to our needs and are truly committed to excellent service.

I was back in Grand Rapids for 2 hours and randomly walked in to Wild Side for a late dinner on a Tuesday. Wow!
There was a great band playing in there. The place was totally packed. I took the only open table, ordered an IPA beer, and a Wild Side Supreme Pizza.
Three people were working the bar and table service. Wow! This crew did an amazing job of keeping drinks moving and food coming. They were completely overwhelmed with business. I mean, that joint was hopping. There was a birthday party there. This crew did outstanding, cheerful work and busted a$s keeping up with orders.
After an hour, I did not have my pizza, and I had to leave. I paid and left without that pizza. Disappointed. I had some immediate business to take care of. Did that, and went back in to check on that pizza. Finally it arrived. How good was the pizza?
I feel like Baby Jesus Hisself whispered in my ear to go back and get that pizza. That's how good it was. Incredible.
The super-busy guy behind the bar had attention to detail and noticed that the first pizza for me was made wrong, and had it re-made right. That is super impressive! Give that guy a raise. Give the whole crew a raise!
Now back to that pizza.
I got the Detroit Dough. It was crispy on the bottom and chewy in the middle. Just right. The sauce was full of flavor. Flavors on top - peppers, olives, meats, cheese - all came together in a delicious symphony of pizza pleasure. Worldclass pizza. I have had pizza all over the world, and this one is Top Three lifetime, for sure.

Great atmosphere and very friendly staff behind the bar. We really enjoyed the Detroit style pizza and the ciocktails. Would definitely visit again. Highly recommend this brewery.

Limited menu, not alot to choose from to eat, but food is good. Staff was nice. Pizza is delicious. Duck, boar and rabbit sausage is so good. My favorite was the duck. Drinks were good as well.

Enjoyed our beer at Wild Side brewing and our conversations with the bartender Chad. We definitely will return to try the food. It looked delicious .

Our friends recommended Wild Side Brewing Company so we joined them last night in Grand Rapids for our first visit. We were quite impressed! Huge beer selection, specialty drinks, delicious appetizers and great pizza! Thanks Chad for a great evening with great service! Two words, Pickle Bread!!!

Pizza was delicious! I had it in Grand Rapids and in downtown Toledo. Thumbs up by our group at both restaurants!

Atmosphere was fantastic, music was great, live music was incredible. Friendly hosts that worked as a team, food was incredible! Balsamic bruschetta, bacon and bleu salad was delicious. Moscow Mules were fabulous! Cheesecake topped it off! Great birthday out!

Excellent brew pub that is worth the drive to Grand Rapids alone. Good house made beers and tasty Detroit style pizza
