This has to be the slowest Chipotle on the planet. Whether I'm eating or picking up a doordash order, it's always 15 to 20 minute waiting even with only 1 or 2 customers.

Hey girl operating the cash register screwed up and overcharged us. Had to get the manager to straighten it out which was okay.
The bad part was the steak and chicken was overcooked.

Worst food and smallest portion size ever! I tried to call and send a messages multiple times to talk to someone but there was no response from anyone. I will not eat at another Chipotle again and I would advise everyone to especially avoid this one in Granville! Seems like the owners don't care! Certainly the employees don't care. It is always dirty too. They are lazy and have the worst attitude. Never again!

After spending 40 bucks i get home to the worse chicken ever it was burnt my dogs wont eat it. Try to call the store but only get a robot so dont waste your money going here.

Every time I come to this location and do an order ahead, they will make you wait atleast 20 minutes past your order time. Recommend going to a different chipotle

Without a doubt the most incompetent Chipotle location I have visited. Consistently out of key ingredients such as white rice or chicken. When the ingredients are stocked they are often poorly prepared. The service is unbearably slow, I often wait in line for upwards of fifteen minutes with less than three people ahead of me. I regularly fill my “water cup” with soda to spite this location. They should have put a bojangles here instead.
UPDATE 11/10/25: I have since left the restaurant, am now residing in my bathroom where I have been for the past two hours. without getting into the details, my stomach did not react well to the food, think it was the queso.

Absolute disaster on multiple occasions. Placed an online order for instore pickup. 25 mins after my pickup time I was told they were still 40 mins behind. They would not make me my burritos at the counter even though there was no line because it was a “online” order.

3 people are working and we are now at a whole hour past when the app said our order would be ready. Unacceptable for a new chipotle. Communication and logistics need to be worked on 100%. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Drive thrus has horrible wait time!! Food was COLD and you can't even talk to a human when you call. So disappointed!
It’s wild how often I come to this location and they are out of items, especially around dinner, I understand it happens from time to time but we are talking every time I’ve visited this location. The chips are almost always soggy, or clumped together into one big chip. And on top of all that there’s only ever one person on the line and they’re usually the one also running the cash register. It is 6:00pm on a weeknight, line to the door. The staff seem continually stretched and/or aloof. Honestly I’m not really sure why Licking County even needed a third location, but being the newest location I really hope they get their stuff together. I want to go here. It’s so convenient, but not reliable at all so far.
If i could give this place negative stars i would. The service is tremendously slow and the food is bland. The poor girl working to get people thru the line was all hy herself. The line was stacked to the door and yet no one helped.. unbelievable.. someone need to address this. For a brand new location you would think would be streamlined. On top of that the was hardly any meat made. This is ridiculous. Don’t eat here! Boycott this place and force chipotle corporate to get this under control

Go spend your money elsewhere.
We walked in with two people in front of us and it took over 10 minutes for one guy to work the line alone while the cashier stared at the guy making burritos. And other staff prepping food elsewhere while the line continued to grow behind us.
We watched the guy with longer blonde hair (not in a hair net or pulled back) touch his face / nose multple times while making someones food and not change his gloves.
Once we got to the front, we could see the food looked like it had been sitting for quite a while / unappealing.
I was so grossed out by the guy touching his face and the food looking gross in the line. We left and didnt even order food.
Go support a small business uptown instead.
