Crust is the quality of a cracker. Rumor is Harvest Pizza is where we should try. Next visit.

How anyone can give more than one star is beyond me. Had the spaghetti that were clearly out of a can. The garlic bread was simply a thick slice of toast. Husband had a Cesar salad was plain with a store-bought sauce. Interior old and run down. Indifferent staff. Never again.

We were in town for a week doing an exterior stucco and painting job, 2 mins down the street. We stopped in everyday for 6 consecutive days... We tried nearly everything on the menu.
We were waiting to have one dish that was so so. Instead, what we got was absolutely phenomenal dishes every single visit.
Seriously questioning living in Columbus... Thinking about coming to Granville more often, if the food is going to be this delicious. The Ice!!!! ❤️❤️

Owner berates, and hangs up on customers trying to leave a COMPLIMENT call. Talks to customers like dogs.. until they tell her they're recording.

Called in to compliment the service I recieved from young adults the previous night, and was treated like a dog from the owner. She hung up on me because I wouldn't tell the person why I was calling until I knew I knew was speaking to a manager. She was absolulty shameful when I called back to see why I was hung up on and I was still trying to get word to the manager or owner for the kids, finally the woman identified herself as the owner. She said she hung up because she gets too many sales calls, never apologized, still was acting like I was doing something horrible... until I told her I was recording the call. If the owner's response denies this abuse I can update with the recorded call. NEVER AGAIN will I order pizza from this rude and abusive woman!! She absolutely ruined something that was supposed to be positive for those kids and turned it into abusing her customer, multiple times!

It's okay. People raved it's the "best in central Ohio," for what you get it's fine, but it's not the best by a long shot. I appreciate the crisp crust, but it tastes like unsalted crackers, a little lacking, as it's just crisp, not like what I get with a New York pizza dough, thinness, chew, crispness and charring. The cheese and pepperoni were fine, but definitely not cupping pepperoni.
