Went for lunch in March and it wasn't very crowded when they first opened but then the lunch crowd arrived! Pizza and salad lunch special was plenty and very tasty. Good service.

Food was OK, extremely overpriced. They charge e tra for every thing extra side of dressing etc. No hurry to return.

The food is very good- we have eaten here several times since they opened. We have tried several things but really love the kale Caesar salad and the pizzas. They may have the best food in Granville and it is a lovely remodel and atmosphere.The service is very slow though and we often see the wait staff just standing around in the back.So just be sure to give yourself extra time and bring your patience.The only other drawback was last night when we were in we had 2 larger parties that were seated before my party of 2 ( even though we were there and on the waitlist first). This caused us to have to wait an extra 10 min and I didn’t really agree with the staff’s reasoning but we still had a very good meal. Just needed a little more patience.Overall I look forward to eating here as it is much better than most any place in town.

Probably one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten. This is a custom Pizza place. The staff was awesome and they have a huge selection of different beers. I definitely plan to visit this pizza place again.

We stopped by harvest pizza for lunch and were pleasantly surprised with the warm and inviting interior. We were greeted with a smile and seated in a cozy corner where we enjoyed pretzel bites, 2 lunch sized chopped salads and a lunch size made to order pizza. The food was delicious, and our server was attentive and very nice. We can't wait to come back to try sandwiches!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free is available for an additional fee

Food is good, we like their salads and love their pizzas.The only problem is that there is no variety in their menu since they opened the place and sometimes the modifications are not possible cause the ingredients are pre-mixed and cannot be separated.Still the servers are very nice and try to accommodate the requests, until it comes from the kitchen that cannot happen.Overall a nice place to have a work lunch or friends and family outing, cozy and warm and can accommodate larger groups, up to 20 comfortably.
I decided to get something totally different from usual, pepperoni pizza. I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered 2 12" pizzas the vegetable and the mushroom. Both were really good but I preferred the mushroom. The truffle oil is what made it stand out. I also got a s'mores brownie to go. The only problem I have with this place is they are an hour and a half away from my house. If you're in the area give them a try you won't regret it.

My friends and I ate at the bar. I really enjoyed the apps and pizza that we got. My favorite was the Monaco pizza. Great flavor, the chili oil was not too spicy. The Buffalo cauliflower were also really tasty. We also enjoyed the meatballs. I will definitely ask to come back the next time I visit.

I visited Harvest Pizzeria in Granville on Sunday December 10th with 2 friends. One of my friends had been to this location before and said service and food were very good.They were not busy. Service for drinks and ordering was slow.My two friends ordered pizza and I ordered a bacon cheeseburger. When our food arrived, I noticed my burger was missing the bacon and one of my friends pizza's was missing the jalapeños.I had to go and find the server. She apologized and asked if my friend wanted them to add the jalapeños and run the pizza thru the oven again or just bring them on the side. Since the pizza was already fully cooked, she just asked for them on the side.It took them 5 minutes to bring the jalapeños out and said the bacon would be out in 2 minutes.25 minutes later, still no bacon.I had not even taken a bite of my sandwich and watched my friends eat their pizza.One of my friends asked to speak with a manager who came out 15 minutes later.I went outside while we were waiting for the manager. When I came back in, he was at the table speaking with my friends. He told them he was in the back working on paperwork that had to be done at 3:45 which is why he did not come out earlier. He told them he was not going to charge me for the bacon. He was told I was not going to pay as I hadn't even taken a bite of the burger waiting on bacon. When I walked in, he did not even apologize to me. The ONLY thing he did was credit our check.They just lost 3 customers and everyone we can tell about the poor service at this restaurant.

Went in to pick up order 5 minutes earlier than they said because it did not look busy only to be told it wasn’t ready and would be another 10-15 mins, so waited, after 20 minutes and not receiving a text the pizza was sitting there and cold. The manger did absolutely nothing for me, it’s good pizza but 4 small pizza that are cold is not worth $71. That is terrible customer service!
