The hot fudge sundae I had was okay. Most of the food here is quite unhealthy. Came around 9:30pm, no one else here. Service was so-so, not the most friendly. Would probably give a 3/5, but I knocked off a star for the owner’s actions in response to any constructive criticism on the reviews here. You can read for yourself their unprofessional responses in the other reviews; there are plenty here. Not the way to run a business, very much a turn-off. I would not be surprised if they reply to this with some type of negative comment à la the other reviews here.

Great service! The burgers were just blah. The pattys were just plain and boring. Disappointed for a $7+ burger. Just one picnic table. Maybe the ice cream would be better.

The service was great. The burgers came out hot and were tasty. We drove almost 2 hours to visit Knuckleheads today and it was worth it. Fun road trip. We will definitely go back again sometime.

I tried the bacon cheeseburger and it was the most dry cheeseburger I have honestly ever had! I could have gone to Wendy's and had a more tasteful delicious sandwich served within 5 minutes rather than wait 25 for my food. Also the staff was very unfriendly! I would 10 out of 10 not recommend! Save your money and go somewhere else.Note to the owners- Take criticism from actual people who try your restaurant without lashing back. It makes it seem like your insecure about your own lousy business. Just FYI

For being a little place it was unexpectedly pretty good. Definitely worth a stop to get a burger and fries and the prices were pretty good too. Gonna have to try a shake or some more next time I go.

Was our first time eating here. Spent $60We ordered 2 mushroom and Swiss burgers, a breaded chicken sandwich, zucchini and 3 specialty sundaes. The sandwiches were just ok. The zucchini had completely raw breading and was inedible. The sundae’s looked really good when we first got them but it was extremely hot and they were made and given to us really quickly. Then we had a 20 minute wait on the food. So they turned to soup. I ordered these for my kids. Who were not with me or I would’ve just had them eat them while waiting. I don’t have an issue waiting on food but feel their process should change by not giving out the desserts till the food is done or almost done.*Edit in response to the owner, your response really has no relevance. I don’t disagree that ice cream melts. Hence why I made a suggestion on serving the actual food first. I also didn’t mention having an issue with the money I spent. I simply stated the amount I spent since this is a review. You clearly are defensive which tells me that even you question the legitimacy of your own prices.

We stopped in today for a lunch break during our road trip and were very happy with everything we ordered. We all got cheeseburgers, fries, and shakes and it was all delicious. The girls working the counter were very sweet and patient too.

If there was the option for no stars that's what I would have picked. Don't order the taco salad unless you want a pulled apart hamburger and French dressing. You will not get your money back because they claim it's for preference. I chose this place they did not choose me. And when I order a taco salad where I come from it has tortilla chips and salsa. Not a pulled apart burger and French dressingNot to mention way over priced
I’m rating this a 1 based on the food. It was terrible. I got a cheeseburger, 1 cheeseburger. it was over $8. They charge for tomato and lettuce so over $8. The meat of the burger was horrific. Not real ground beef. The inside of burger looked processed and had very funny texture. Worse than White Castle and McDonalds. Also out of fries. So we literally were very disappointed in this visit. They said supplies were low on everything, maybe this is not the meat regularly used. I should hope not. For the price of that burger I could get a better quality burger at upscale place. Way too expensive for the quality. But one plus was the employees were nice and polite: if i was rating staff they they would get 5 stars. However, i went due to it said “best burgers and shakes”. Didnt try the shakes, but will never go back.

My daughter and I tried out Knuckle Heads after being on the Buckeye Lake bike path. Employee that took our order was friendly. Ice cream came out quickly. I got a delicous peanut butter shake and my daughter got a messy, but tasty ice cream sandwich. Waited a good while to get our 3 food items, but it was dinner time so it was expected. I will say food was not it, especially for the price your paying. Overall, good to try, but probably won't be a place I would go too frequently.

My family and I tried knuckleheads for the first time tonight and will definitely be back. I really enjoyed my burger and am obsessed with the onion rings. Chocolate mint shake was my favorite part. My daughter had an acai bowl and was really impressed. Everything was fresh and delicious and better than other smoothie bowls she has tried. Can't wait to try more items and bring my dog for a pup cup.

Was glad to find this place as we live a town over and not much around. Ordered a peanut butter milkshake, it was good. Ordered a Reuben (listed on menu as Ruben) and the young lady asked what I wanted on it? I replied what do you normally put on a Ruben? She very politely stated she was not even sure what a Ruben was…okie dokie then! So we nixed that and ordered a shredded chicken instead. Was not bad but literally just shredded chicken no cheese no sauce nothing. But we will be back to try other items all staff were very nice!

The sandwiches were a little on the high cost side but they were very good. My mushroom Swiss was big with lots of mushrooms and grilled onions. The sides were also good.
