Great staff, great product! Our party ordered several different menu items, absolutely no complaints. Even the youngsters cleaned their plates! You've got to try the cornbread fruit cobbler, it goes with everything!

The food was okay. I got the pork sandwich which said it came with sauce, but it did not. It was nice pork, but kind of dry without sauce. They expected you to add sauce from a bottle in a shelf with bottles of sauce. I refuse to use sauce that multiple people use in one day instead of them just placing it on my food. I'm sure that some people find my questioning of placing sauce out for general public won't bother some, like my husband, but for others, like me, that was disgusting! They said they would put the sauce on my food, but they did not! They wanted me to use a sauce from a general public use. Yuck! I didn't eat my food there. I waited until I got home and added my own sauce and that was good, but for the price, that was ridiculous! The Mac-n-cheese was horrible! I do not suggest that for anyone who loves Mac-n-cheese because I will eat just about any Mac-n-cheese! But not this one!!! It was horrible! I am not sure what the flavor profile was supposed to be because there was nothing but salt and fat! Do not buy it! The waffle fries though were amazing!!!! I hate potatoes of any kind, but I loved these! So, definitely get the waffle fries!

Got the cauliflower burnt ends and a Cheerwine. Service was great. Allison had a really friendly demeanor, and my food came out super quickly. Nothing to argue with here.

Brisket was fatty and seasoned after cooked. Lots of seasoning just lying on the meat. Same with the Mac and cheese (over seasoned.) presentation of food was poor. The best part of the meal was the waffle fries. The restaurant was quiet. No music or volume to the tv. The seating area was very warm and stuffy. People are excited that Ray Rays is coming to Johnstown. But after my experience in Granville today, I likely won’t be back.

I really wasn't sure what to order so I decided on a sample box called the Meat Sweats with greens and coleslaw for our family. It was a great way to try 'em all out.

Ordered the meat sweats, the only thing good was the pulled pork. as for the sides the mac and cheese was bad, the greens were bad but the coleslaw was good. so for over$50 worth of food I got to eat pulled pork and not enough for a sandwich and some coleslaw.

Decent food and absolutely the worst service I’ve ever encountered. They seem to employ a large number of high school aged kids who are more concerned with conversing with one another than doing there job. It was a ghost town yet it still took 25 mins to get my food. If you like mediocre BBQ and terrible service Ray Ray’s is the spot.

This is our 4th visit. Food was good however I’m disappointed again that for today(which also was the case on my last 2 visits) they told me after the fact & waiting about 14 minutes for our order that they were out of the smoked turkey, causing me to have to order something else, & having to wait another 8 minutes for our order. In addition the waffle fries had a few nice slices on the top covering up a lot of bits & pieces. Being that it’s a holiday I think they are short staffed. Fingers crossed things will be better on next visit because as I said, the food is very good.

Food was really good, and the server was awesome. My only issue was it was about 80 degrees in the building. After working outside all morning, I really wish I could have ate in a well cooled building before heading back out on a 95 degree day to finish my shift. Obviously, not the end of the world. I would definitely go back, but probably would get it to go.

Truly amazing food. All the meats were tender and fall off the bone. We tried many of the sides and they were very good. Staff was very friendly. One of the best BBQ spots I've ever had!

The service was amazing, Regan took my order, I got the hot links, mac n cheese, and fries, they all tasted amazing. I recommend the hotlinks and mac n cheese especially! Will definitely be coming back!

Cauliflower burnt ends were really good. Wings where really good,
ribs where overcooked,
brisket was good,
Jerk chicken was very tender and good flavor
waffle fries where crispy
Mac and cheese has a different flavor but was good.
Sauces where standard offerings
Coleslaw is a definite skip dry and flavorless.
