Such a cute place and their frozen blended drinks were so delicious, I had to go back the next day. Didn't order food, so I have not rated it, but this coffee house is highly suggested.

The latte wasn’t great and was made way too hot. Also the pricing on the menu is all completely incorrect. The actual price I guess for a 12 oz latte no flavor is $4.25 and they are charging $2 for oat milk. Won’t return for another expensive poorly made latte.
Very very upbeat barista.

STOP CHANGING THINGS
First the stromboli got smaller and smaller then changed to the calzone… The new calzone isn’t bad, but the old one was great. I assumed this was just a change because of supply issues, but I fear it was the start of many poor menu changes.
Recently I ordered a ham and swiss croissant. The old one had a whole piece of ham and a decent amount of cheese. The OLD one was very good. Now, their ham and swiss croissant consists of tiny bits of ham and barely any cheese. Why ruin such a nice menu item by reducing it to a plain croissant (that is nowhere near as fluffy as before).
Most recently I ordered a chocolate muffin (from the 21st street location this time) and it is a completely different recipe. What used to be a moist and fluffy muffin is now dry and dense. So disappointing. Only gave 3 stars because the coffee hasn’t yet changed and I still love it.
PLEASE go back to your old recipes!!!

River Road is a favorite spot for sure. They always have fast service and the River Road Mocha (White Chocolate and Carmel) is to die for. They even have some gluten free options for food. Their atmosphere is cozy and has plenty of seating. My one comment is that sometimes when I am trying to work here (they do offer free wifi), the music is a little louder than I'd prefer, but that's a minor issue.

Restaurantji Recommends
This is a quick note to the owners who are hiring here - I ordered an iced latte and it came tasting like a giant glass of milk. I asked for an extra shot and paid for it, they then poured COLD BREW coffee into it and handed it to me. I asked why and they said it’s a “cold shot”, that if I wanted a “hot shot” that was espresso. When I tried to say calmly and plainly that a shot meant shot of espresso, all three of the girls looked at me like I was INSANE and that they couldn’t believe I was trying to complain. Please please train your people in what the difference between espresso and cold brew is…you’re a coffee shop.

Went in with my mother to grab a couple coffees. The workers were very unpleasant and it was not a welcoming environment. Good coffee though.
The people are kind! Coffee is good but the chicken salad was very heavy on the red onion.
Better than Starbucks 100000%

It's a great place for a great coffee. Always good, and the atmosphere inside is cozy. I always stop when I'm in the area.
