My honest and genuine review was deleted and I do suggest to avoid this restaurant because I read past reviews here who had the same experience as I did with horrible service from staff who did not care about me as a customer. Just like other reviews here staff proceeded to make food for themselves to eat in front of customers and did not wash their hands. This was pretty clear and evident that they did not bother to care answer any questions I had as a new customer but blatantly just dismissed me. My hamburger did not taste fresh at all and again just like the other reviews that people have left already there seems to be days that are good and days that are not. Management needs to look at all reviews here because others have experienced the same! I will be screenshotting this review to show others.

This is my go-to spot for burgers. The cheeseburgers never disappoint, and the staff are always friendly whenever I stop by. I haven’t tried the ice cream yet, so I can’t comment on that, but everything else has been great.

We recently visited 740 Ice Cream in Granville and unfortunately left underwhelmed. The biggest issue was the value—portions were surprisingly small for the price. My son ordered a cherry sundae and received a small scoop of ice cream with a single cherry on top. At nearly $5, it didn’t feel like a good deal. The other sundaes we tried were similarly skimpy.
The one highlight was the cookie dough milkshake, which did have a generous amount of cookie dough—so credit where it's due.
Customer service left a lot to be desired. The employee at the register was curt and unhelpful. When we politely asked to switch a flavor (before we paid or the order was started), they audibly sighed and acted put out. We also brought a free cone coupon from the Elf Hunting event and were told they no longer honor it—despite no expiration listed. When questioned, we were given a flat, unapologetic “we’re not taking those anymore.”
While the ice cream itself was good, the overall experience and pricing didn’t measure up. Between the poor value, lackluster service, and refusal to honor a simple coupon, we’ll be visiting other local ice cream shops going forward.

Mixed feelings, and not in a good way. When you want some ice cream, they'll have it for you in a few minutes tops. But when you want food... grab a Snickers because you'll be stuck here a while. Got left waiting over 20 minutes for some chicken fingers and a sandwich when there were barely any food orders. What's the holdup??

Amazing food, great service, overall 5+ stars imho. I got the double bacon cheeseburger and loaded waffle fries... couldn't even finish half of it.... so much food. Keep up the amazing work!!!

Stopped by a quick bite to eat, and was pleased with the efficiency, speed, and cleanliness of Seven 4 Zero. Delicious burger and fries!
Went in for take out dinner at 5:30 pm on 4/14/25, ordered food and ice cream, ice cream came out immediately, then had to wait half an hour for the food while our ice cream melted. Food was okay. Incredibly disappointed with the time between ordering and receiving food. Will not go back.

Literally worst chocolate milkshake I ever had. Both my daughter and I threw them away still half full. My other daughter’s hot fudge in her sundae tasted like cough syrup. I’m not kidding. She literally barfed her sundae on our floor when we got home. Will not ever return.
