Only went through the drive thru so not sure about the internal habits, but they had very good customer service
They are so incredibly rude. Always make you feel bad for doing a mobile order - every single time without fail. Every time I'm here they're all nasty. It doesn't take much to simply be kind or find another job!
Service and Atmosphere is always horrible in here they are always pissed of with one another and fighting it’s very awkward to order especially the old lady is the front she’s pissed off
Literally I ordered a chili and found a human finger in it gross anyways they mess up my order every time and people need to turn there voice up gosh I can never hear them and Wendy's should have employees that stand outside and move the cta sup I couldn't even order because of this truck in my way

It's really frustrating to leave this review, because we absolutely used to love Wendy's more than any other place. After receiving our food last night, and the burgers were raw, I figured it was time to say something. 100% of the time we come here, we are missing food from our order, the food is undercooked, or it has been sitting out too long (soggy/cold). The only time we ever get fast food is when we're tired, so we don't exactly feel like going back out to have all of the mistakes replaced, so we stay quiet, and take the losses. I was sitting in a darker room when I was eating and didn't realize I was eating a bloody burger until it was half gone and I noticed it tasted weird. I've been sick, so I chalked it up to that. My stomach has been upset since. We can deal with missing items. We absolutely cannot risk the health of our family. Please do better.
I have been to this location several times over the past couple of years and the service is consistently horrible. There was a done in line out the door and took 20+ minutes for food. It took over 5 minutes for someone to come to the register to take my order. After all that, my order was incorrect… twice! This location is in dire need of corporate intervention
Hottest food I have had to date at this location and the whole order was correct, which is also few and far between here. Update: I just had the worst food i have ever had from wendys, EVERYTHING was cold, and the junior bacon cheeseburgers ony had a tiny piece of bacon on them.

How are you going to charge me 12 dollars for a biggie bag and single item sandwich and then NOT give me the single item sandwich??? It shows up on the screen as 2 items??? Is that too hard to count out? Jesus man...

This is the worst fast food I have ever seen. I know it is fast food, but please do your job. The food was terrible, very old, and made upside down.

The lack of reply from management to all the negative reviews tell me that they do not care to fix the ongoing issues with this location. Great job Wendy's. This last visit I waited at the drive thru behind three vehicles for 22 minutes for an online order. The time before that I got a Dave's double and it had no bun....causing me to go thru the drive thru again. This location was previously the best in the county, now I will not be returning in the future due to the poor management and extremely slow service. This location is now just like the other locations. Not very good.
