Went there for lunch today around 2:30, Best Biggie bag I've had in a long time. Chicken nuggets were on point! My burger actually looked like a video commercial quality burger, it was put together nicely. The fries were hot as well so extra brownie points right there. I've visited a lot of different locations for lunch, so far best Wendy's location in my opinion ?

I've been there 3 times in the past couple weeks and each time I went they've got my order wrong. Just this most recent time the got it wrong again so I went inside to get it fixed, it was meant to be a 2 Patty burger and they gave me a single back. 15$ meal but not even the proper burger. Place used to be good but they are horrible now. Avoid this place.

To the employees that laugh at my husband and was making him feel like an idiot for ordering saucy nuggets. I am sorry you guys don’t know about it cause it just came out however the principal of laughing at a customer cause one location had it you don’t gives no right! I am a very patient person however when it comes to making a customer feel stupid because y’all don’t have it is not ok. The N Hamilton Gahanna location had it so I thought everywhere did! I also use to work for this company and I would have been reprimanded for pulling that.

I can't say much for the ambience because I went to the drive-through. The food was great and the service was quick and accurate. I ordered multiple burgers for me and my grandchildren and they all came out fresh, hot, and delicious with exactly the right toppings that we ordered. I even changed my order at the last minute and the young man that waited on me was kind and didn't make me feel bad. Thanks for that! See you next time.

When you are on a budget, the $5 biggie bags are great! Nuggets, fries, a sandwich, and a drink for only $5. May not be the healthies or the best, but it's a lot of food for only $5.

First time at this location..Drive thru employee was super nice!! But.....I feel like Wendy's is going downhill.Every single time I have gone to a Wendys...all different locations in the Columbus area ( Marysville, Dublin, Hilliard, Upper Arlington, Grandview Heights, now Granville)...all drive thru....my food is barely, just barely above room temperature! So...fries, hamburgers DO NOT taste that great!!! What is going on?! So disappointed!!!Sure nothing will ever come about, from this comment!
Very busy but front lady was yelling at the workers in front of people. 5 people walked out. I had to get paper towels and wash a table to sit at. I washed two others one so others could sit. That was no big deal but the lady yelling at employees was so unprofessional.
