I love the taste of their ice cream. Today I looked at the ingredients. CORN SYRUP REALLY. The only thing in your body that can break down corn syrup is your liver. I grew up with my dad making ice cream that was also amazing and NO CORN SYRUP. With so many awake now to ingredients and you being local, do better.

There was a very good manager that works here. He treated me very well. On the other hand, The employees are rude, but maybe I will eat here again. But please, if you don’t like what you have, you have to suck it up and eat it, They will not want to offer you anything else; unless the manager is there….

This Whit's location is not nearly as charming as the former location in Granville, but the custard is still delicious. Buckeye Madness whitser is VERY good -- creamy, sweet, and salty! The custard is definitely more expensive than other custard/ice cream/sweet treat shops and so that is why I am sad the store isn't nearly as quaint as it used to be. But a true Granville staple nonetheless!
As far as this actual visit was concerned, the customer service was fine, and they made our order very quickly, but store cleanliness could be improved. There was some trash on the floor in the seating area and a visibly dirty rag on the counter where they set the ice cream orders. Not the end of the world, but room for improvement.

Great food and ice cream but one employee was rather unkind to an obviously new employee when she had to ask for help.
I believe her name was Valentina, she was super patient and a massive help especially with my indecisive mother by giving good decisions. Such a great help and made our experience a great one

I love the whits in granville. Always a smile from employees, the Carmel isn't ruined like it is daily at Heath location. For now on this will be my go to Whits location. The best frozen custard around. I love the Churro I hope it makes a come back one day soon.
