There’s not plenty of options to choose from when it comes to eating in Greenfield. So it was nice to have a Taco Bell come to town but when I go there and spend my hard earned money there after a long day of work and just want to have a decent meal. I expect the taco to actually have enough meat in it I can taste it and the quesadilla to not be cold, looks like it’s been sitting on a rack, and thrown into the sack it’s served in. It’s simple, do better and take pride in your work. Your serving food to people who have been working all day just like you.

i’ve been to taco bell since it has came to greenfield countless times. EVERY single time that i have been there they have gotten my order completely wrong, and the food taste like a can of butthole. this time i went, i ordered just the $7 cravings box, which comes with a beef chalupa, 5 layer burrito, some taco (i don’t know the name of it), nachos, and a drink. 2 out of the 5 things i listed were correct. instead i got, a chicken chalupa not plain like i asked and its also not a beef one. 2 doritos locos tacos, a 5 layer burrito and a drink. i should say they got 1.5 things correct because my 5 layer burrito didn’t have meat, or cheese on it. JUST beans, but hey at least they got the baja blast correct… i feel like they take your order with earplugs in and let a blind toddler feel around the area and slap things onto a tortilla. i mean how hard is it to read a screen? this is by far the worst fast food place that i have ever been to, food and service wise.

Got a 3 Doritos Locos Tacos supreme meal and a 7$ Lux meal deal. All the tacos were this empty. Also they gave me a taco instead of a Gordita crunch which would be fine if the taco was filled right. Service is decent, the employees are nice. It would be nice if they’d update the hours online. Also they need to be more consistent with the portions. Pictures aren’t very good but they were less than half full.

i have came here the past 2 mornings around 10:30am to get breakfast bc i have never tried the breakfast here however the first time i came they said they wasn’t serving breakfast anymore even though they are supposed to stop selling breakfast at 11am so i thought to come back the next day which was today i went inside this time and no one even welcomed me or even acknowledged me i heard them tell someone in the drive that they was completely out of breakfast so i just left don’t come here if you are wanting breakfast

9/28/24 If using door dash the site doesnt allow to add sauce packets and the managment is to stupid to include that especially for PARTY PACKS!!! Btw the soft shells in the party pack tasted like cleaning products or something and couldnt eat the rest..and was trashed and was a loss of money. havent ate tb from greenfield in over a month..just cant trust this location at all. I had gotten a half-portion size Quesadilla, It was also folded when placed in the bag I thought they had forgotten my Quesadilla since this place is awarded for incompetence and as from what I have seen this place can't seem to follow guidelines and instructions and also I want to factor in that when these Quesadillas are made they leave three inches of only shell around the edges... "Original review" Several weeks since the official opening of Taco Bell, the portion sizes are improving on some items that I've ordered since the official opening date. As of now, nothingness has not been in contact for the past much has changed. Here is a list of improvements needed. 1. Entrance to the drive-through and don't get me started on the pavement... 2. Hardshell tacos are always broken into pieces, soft shells seem like all ingredients are mixed into a bowl and then spooned onto a softshell... The soft-shell tacos I've ordered always have stale edges from the restaurant. I then have to tear it off before eating. There is no use in taking orders back for stale shells to get replaced with more stale shells. I've been there and done that. 4. The easiest important one of them all. MILD SAUCE. I can't stress this enough. It seems almost impossible to get mild sauce put in the bag when ordered through the drive-through even after being asked for sauce and while there's no rush.

I hate to do this however, I cannot get one person to pick up and answer a call. I was also excited see taco bell come to this town. But, every time I've gone there it's been a bad experience. This time my tacos taste like a cleaning product and are crumbled broke and soggy. Really is it that hard to make a fresh taco. It's ridiculous and not to forget a waste of money. Because this mea, went right in the trash. It was not edible and tasted very, very toxic with chemicals. Thank God my my drink. is ok. I 'll be on a liquid meal today,, And for Goodness sake answer the phone.

I had high hopes, but they messed up my order not once, but ten times. They forgot to include one of my Cinnatwist packs, and despite repeatedly asking for chicken, they added beef to everything. As a pollotarian, this was not only frustrating but also completely unacceptable. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place.
This is the WORST Taco Bell I have ever seen!!They are always backed up and slow. They mess my order up every time I go. The lobby stinks so bad I can barely stand inside of it long enough to wait for my food . Then on top of all of this, they have the rudest little 25 year old manager with dark hair . He is unprofessional, unfriendly, and just downright Childish!! I think they need to hire some new managers that actually know how to do their job!!!
