And for the girl in the window, if you're ballsy enough to slander and lie about me (SHIFT LEADS CANT FIRE PEOPLE. At least get your facts straight if you're gonna say I fired you) then at least look me in the eye when I come through. I hope the management in here knows you walked out and that you slander your previous management all over the internet and harass the employees through the drive through. Excited to try the new Angus cheese steak, from the commercials...disgusting a glorified hamburger helper sandwich with garlic sauce...I counted less than 8 pieces of small peppers, saw/ tasted no onions...sloppy and not at all what I thought it would be, very disappointed.

What a disappointment! This BBQ Brisket sandwich has to be Arby's latest joke. Absolutely NOTHING like advertised (again @Arby's)!! Do yourself a favor and save your $!! And for over $16 for the combo, this is a rip off. Over 1/3 of what's advertised / pictured, this near room temperature soggy sandwich doesn't even come WITH BBQ, but rather it's sadly served on the side... cold, in a packet. WHERE'S the beef around here?!? And where was a decent sandwich? Leaving today VERY disappointed and a little hungry.

I went and got lunch from here and I ended up with food poisoning from their cheese sticks. Whatever you do don’t get the cheese sticks. Other then that everything else was good.
