I’m suffering because it has been 8 days since I was last at Blue Lantern Tea (I don’t live in the area right now). And I’m not just missing the chai and matcha lattes, although I miss those plenty; I’m missing the peaceful ambience and the lovely employees. It matters a lot to have a place that helps a person feel GOOD by the time they leave—and this place does just that. Oh, I should add that I refused to stop by for a long time because I “didn’t drink tea.” One visit made me realize that I not only drink tea, I drink tea every single day, as long as it’s here.

Quite possibly the best chai latte I’ve ever had in the most relaxing atmosphere. The smells, the sounds of the water trickling and the sunshine through the window. I cannot bottle it up and take it home, but I would in a heartbeat.

They have great tea and have awesome kung fu classes for kids and adults 😊 The environment is calming, relaxing, and fun for kids and adults. The toy corner for kids is so helpful for those with kiddos that need something to do 😀

I love this place! Stumbled across it with a friend today a bit near closing time, but the employee was kind enough to serve us and allow us some time to bask in the beautiful environment. It was so peaceful and our drinks were delicious. My friend has been to China and said she felt as if she’d been transported there. I can’t wait to go back!

I went in on a Tuesday afternoon and was greeted with the warm smell of incense and calming music. It's a perfect place to relax and enjoy tea alone or with a group. I got the self service which allowed me to brew to my preferred strength but they also have a full service option so you don't have to do any work. The prices were incredibly reasonable for the quality of the tea. I will be coming back!

Would've loved to sit down and have some traditional tea here, but we were only in-town for the eclipse. The blue and latte is perfectly balanced; subtle yet sweet. My brother who typically doesn't like tea actually enjoyed the blue!
Parking: Accessible parking on the side of the building. There is some street parking as well. The line to Maid-Rite made it difficult to navigate the road and we had to make a u-turn to access the parking lot.
