We went to breakfast with some friends. It was a total of six of us. The date was 8/23/25. When we first got sat down, the table still had dried egg from the last customer on it. We had to ask the girl who seated us to please clean the table more thoroughly and she did. Then when we got our meals and my friend’s wife ordered eggs with gravy, she asked for the eggs to be well done. When she got her order the eggs were buried under the gravy so she peeled back the gravy and both eggs were slimy not done. So we sent the plate back and told the server that these eggs are not well done. The server brought the plate back the second time and my friend‘s wife inspected it and found that the eggs were still slimy and not done , so we asked that she just remove the meal from the ticket. We don’t want it. The server proceeds to look at the eggs and say they look done to me with a snotty attitude. When the server came back to refill our coffee we told the waitress that we didn’t appreciate her attitude with the way the meal was prepared, and she proceeded to tell us that she’s worked there for 15 years and she knows when eggs are well done when they’re not. Needless to say the server got zero tip. When we paid our bill we talked to the manager and told him how we were treated by the server, and he assured us that he would take care of the problem. We will never be back to this Bob Evans Restaurant. The amazing part about reading all these reviews , Bob Evans always answers with: “We’re so sorry for your experience and we’re gonna look into this”. But yet the reviews are one month ,two months , eight months, nine months , a year old , still the same issues going on with management and with workers.

what kind of place let's a 70 year old woman open the business by herself AND wait on others, BY HERSELF!! at 6am. there's no one else in her helping her. Just the cook God love him! shame on you! manager's should be in here helping this woman! bless her

This is a meet up spot of my best friend and I when we get a chance to catch up. We go there because the staff is patient and courteous. The food is always good and it's usually quiet . Only drawback for me is the country music.

I was craving pancakes and thought this might be a place. Nope. Tough, flat, chewy pancakes. Terrible. The butter and the syrup was top notch. One star off because server gave us food and disappeared and never asked how everything was

Always great food. Great servers. I think the problem is the management. We try to come Sundays for breakfast but the apparently don't have kitchen help. Today many people gave up in the waiting room. We arrived and no one was seated in the first 25 minutes. The restaurant is 80 percent empty and still no one gets seated. I called corporate last year and still not any better!

First time eating at a bob evans and I was less than impressed. Definitely not as good as waffle house or cracker barrel. The eggs were not scrambled but were basically plain omelets. The two eggs was more like one and a half. Pancakes were okay. The biscuits were hard and dry and the sausage gravy was just nasty and brown. Sausage gravy is white and should have a much creamier taste. The only decent part about the breakfast was the bacon and the sausage links they were pretty good. All in all it was a less than average breakfast and I can make better at home in my own kitchen. They need to send these cooks back to school or change the recipe. Definitely way better breakfast in the south than here in the Midwest.

Fastest service i ever had at a Bob Evans , but the fryers were down. Still pretty good after an order adjustment.

I was there Sunday afternoon with the family and our Server was great! Didn't catch his name, it started with an S, was great, loved him. The kitchen staff though didn't seem to know what they were doing. The eggs weren't cooked all the way, the Mac and cheese had to be sent back 3 times due to it being cold, and my spouse and I both had ordered the double meat farmer dish but was given the regular one. Our server was fantastic at handling everything but he along with us were pretty irritable from what the kitchen put out instead of making our orders correctly.

Overall generic food from the brand, not very much variety when it comes to seasoning. Does breakfast items well. Service is generally nice and accommodating, food is slow to come out even with low prep items the kitchen gets backed up often.

Sanchez was an AMAZING server and the food was okay. However the manager was in the back of the restaurant constantly yelling and cursing at the cook and at one point yelled “are you kidding me there is mold all over this”. When I was checking out the manager came out front and was then rude to the servers as well. Very poor work environment for the currently employees under this female manager.

This is absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at bob evans in the past year and a half. The server couldn’t have been any more attitudinal. I ordered an all American blt and there wasn’t any bacon in it. Make that make sense please. The only good part of my meal was the cheddar baked potato soup.

I don’t know if this is a new standard for them or if we caught them on a great day, but our food looked and tasted just as delicious as it appeared on the menu! The staff was very friendly too.

We arrived Sunday morning to approximately 20 people waiting and another around 15 joined immediately after our arrival. Numerous people came in and left because of large crowd waiting. I decided I would do a online review so I entered dining area walked it completely to find 96 empty seats. This was approximately 3/4's of total seating not being used. Hostess said cooks couldn't keep up. I started letting people who were waiting know the inability of the manager to manage the restaurant. Hostess started seating once people were aware of problem. We were seated and immediately received drinks, waitress took our order and amazing We received breakfast fast, very tasty and hot. I even said wow thats quick and waitress said we have plenty of help in kitchen and they are getting food out quick.
