How do you have a wildfire salad with no wildfire dressing. Service was terrible. My wife's hamburger was raw. So everyone else was finished eating, while they were still cooking hers. So said to see what used to be a nice restaurant go down hill. Ate at the Bob Evans in Eaton service and food were way better.

The food was cold when it got to the table. The corn was as if it just came out of a can and not heated up. The mashed potatoes and gravy were very cold. The chicken was tough. The biscuits were ok. The owner of this Bob Evans location had better wise up and take these complaints seriously or this restaurant won't be around much longer. I will not return.

I order the garden vegetable protein bowl the idea sound delish but, they top up with salsa that takes away the flavor off any other vegetables, it has too much tomatoes, and with that salsa not good combination, with out of respect don't top it with that salsa and vegetables could be more roasted you fit the idea just make it perfect....

We came in the morning after a tornado came through the nearby area. Their computer system was down, and they had no cook. Yet they still opened, I've seen other places close when they didn't have a computer system. Patty and Sharon did a great job serving tables. I don't know who stepped up to cook, but they did a good job. I hope corporate takes the time to recognize the morning crew that worked on March 15. They did a stellar job!

Only minor issue was after checking in we gave up our seats to some elderly women so the hostess automatically crossed off our name since we were'nt sitting there & took other people behind us. Someone else then asked our name & told us we had been crossed off already. To prevent this from happening again Maybe instruct your hostess to CALL OUT the name instead of just looking.

Bob Evans is usually great but I don’t know what’s going on with your potatoes. Every time I order anything with home style fries or the little baker potatoes, ie the rancher potatoes, they’re extremely over done or burnt.
