Caryout order is always wrong / missing.
No one is ever at the pickup counter- having to wait 10-20 min for someone to even pretend they see you are standing there.

If you order carry-out check your bag before you leave. About every time they don’t give you something you ordered and then you have to call the store to get refunded. It’s a hassle. I dread when my family wants to order out from here because I know what’s coming. IDK why there’s such a big customer service gap there.

The traditional drums lately have been coming out with BARELY any meat on them and can see the bone 🍖 sticking out tossed in sauce which is sad for the price you pay.

I had a pick up order. They direct you to the back to pick it up. That’s annoying, I don’t want to walk through a restaurant to pick up my food. Not necessarily a Not necessarily an huge deal. But the idea of ordering it to go order is for convenience walking through the restaurant is inconvenient. It doesn’t make practical sense to have the pick up area in the very back by the kitchen door.Also there is no signage to direct you there. Also multiple staff member saw me standing at the front, not knowing where to go and didn’t direct me. I scheduled my pick up. I feel like my food was ready on time, but nobody went back there to just package my food and I ended up waiting an additional 10 minutes. I think that because my fries were really cold, and my wings were lukewarm.
I don’t blame the staff. I blame the corporation because it’s clear that this location is understaffed.

Waited for an hour and a half for our food, just for the server to come tell us it was messed up. The server seemed unbothered about it. Then we ordered a large cheese curds and only got 8 cheese curds. Never going back here. Don't waste your money.

Food was decent, fries weren't fresh chicken sat too long because 1 waitress/ bartender for thw whole place. Dont do lunch time there it is always only 1 server. Who cleans the place? Multiple visits and have yet to get a clean table.
