Went to eat Dinner ordered the new Mushroom Swiss Burger and fries. When delivered the Burger was great but just a few fries on the plate when I asked I was told that they are portioned and that is all I can have. My wife's plate had more and several other customers received more. My portion was less than a small fry at McDonald's.

Would give zero stars if possible, ordered nearly $80 worth of food, the wings were wrong, and dry nearly no sauce, the wedges were missing queso, the kids meal wasMissing the fries and its milk. All around an egregious experience

Pretty slow on the service. I know my wings had been sitting up there getting cold.. well.. because they were Cold. Waitress was polite enough but not proficient and lost out on tip money because she took it upon herself to keep the change amount and returned only the bills owed for change on a cash payment. If it had been me and not my girlfriend leaving tip she would have only gotten the $.44 she STOLE. I don't care how you spin it.. that is theft. Managers should be advised of this practice. It is wrong and I won't be back to this particular branch again

The sign said 5 bonus dollars for every 25 spent. AFTER I spent 100$ on gift cards you decided this was a "while supplies last" offer. What supply did you run out of??? Five dollar bills??? I had change on me! Honor your promotions or take your sign down. I won't be back!!!!!

The food here is so hit or miss it's nuts. It's either great or absolutely trash and a waste of money.
Stopped in for supper. Ordered an appetizer. Burgers and sides. Everything came out quickly.Our server was fantastic! Very friendly and helpful. Great experience. We enjoyed our visit!!

Disappointed as I went to this location for bogo night and was informed that this location only does 10 wings instead of 15. You would think that every bw3 would be the same but I guess that is not the case.

Had to ask for help instead of being greeted. Lady at front counter was too busy talking to her man. After I finally got her to acknowledge me, she went back and got my order quickly, but not only were the fries absolutely terrible and cold they didn't even add the celery we ordered with the wings. This was my husband's first experience at BDubs and from this ordeal he isn't wanting to try again. Bummer because this was my favorite go to spot during college.

Got a pickup order 2 weeks ago. They forgot several items on the order. The manager said she would refund our money for this items back to my card but I still haven't received that either, must have forgot! This isn't the first time this has happened to us, or even the second time. Shame on me for trying again. It's a shame bc the food is decent, the service and management definitely need help.
