Ordered online for a pervious order showed up and was told the meat is unavailable so we needed to call or choose something else had no number to call to get a refund. The manager could not care about the issue I will never order for a company that takes more money than what I received 13 for 10 sound like I got screwed with no for play.

Hours of operation till 10pm! I did go in at 9:55 I understand its right before close. But its before close, the worker I could tell was not happy I pulled in. I seen her throw her hands up and shake her head because she had another customer to deal with.. Your open till 10 maybe adjust your schedule so that way your a little more chipper for those who do get off late and need a bite. Then I got inside and hardly ANYTHING was still stocked. Again your open till 10. You should be able to accommodate those who come in. Did not appreciate the attitude from employee and the fact it was not stocked made it worse... Needless to say couldn't order anything.

Food is decent, but the place is always a mess. Not sure why they struggle so badly with keeping the trash empty, tables wiped and drink/utensil station clean, neat and stocked.

Ordered a quesadilla and it wasn’t even cooked. They put 1 piece of brisket on tacos. This chipotle was good when it opened. It’s been awful lately.

Under NO circumstances should you chose to online order here. It is impossible for this location to get orders correct unless you physically go inside and have them make it in front of you. If you order online, they do not read the stickers and make the orders with such carelessness; every single time without fail. Go inside or save your $ and don't go at all!!

My wife sent me to get a quesadilla. Apparently you can’t order a quesadilla in the store, you have to order it online. I then submitted the order online and had to wait an additional 10-15 minutes. When asked the point of having to order it online, it’s because their quesadilla machine sits in their “drive thru area” 20 feet away…and they don’t want it to disrupt the in store customers…there was nobody else in line when I went in. And only 2 customers in the 15 additional minutes I was waiting

Whoever made this bowl tonight in Greenville… chefs kiss ? so good, perfect! ?
It was 30 minutes before close, and they had about half of cheese left and said they didn't have anymore(which I'm sure is a lie, they just didn't want to go through the trouble) so I had to cancel my second burrito because of lack cheese. As I looked at the make table, most of the food had a film in it from sitting, most looked pretty gross, so the burrito we did get, luckily didn't need those ingredients. The people working were not helpful, I heard them say they were closing soon about 5 different times as reasons for having chips, shredded cheese, and other. There was no apology, no offer to try to make it right, just the very easy to read faces and voices that wanted me to leave. I really like Chipotle, but I won't go to this one again, we've had some questionable experiences there before but none anytime close to this bad
