Double M Diner: Great Ambiance, Disappointing Food
My wife and I enjoyed our stop at the Double M Diner while passing through Greenville, Ohio. The atmosphere, friendly service, and the neat architecture of the collaborative shop environment are the real draw here. The property is charming and well-kept, making it a wonderful building to visit.
However, the food was a letdown. We visited in the morning and found the restaurant near empty. We quickly understood why: the food felt mostly microwaved (even the biscuit was soggy), and my large build-an-omelette was completely lacking in flavor. A stale donut on the counter suggested a general lack of morning freshness.
Come for the unique building and the surrounding community environment, but we can't recommend the actual dining experience.

We have a church ladies Luncheon there and they are always so accommodating. They are so nice and the menu has choices for everyone.
The food and service is wonderful. A clean restaurant . This business should get rid of the bum that frequents the restaurant he likes to hang out outside on the bench bothering people for money as customers come and go from this restaurant.
