I had a lot of hope since the reopening. Supposedly, there was more or different training? Good customer service is dead. The menu changed. No onion rings. Food is cold. Staff acts like they’re inconvenienced. At any point, there’s zero people there. On a Friday night there’s no customers? Sad.

When we pulled up to the drive-thru we were asked to hold on for a second We waited and waited and waited I had to say hello after 15 minutes pretty sure they forgot we were there there was a line behind us It took them forever to get our food they had us pull out to the front and then they had our order wrong. I was really hoping that when they had new management it would get better but it really hasn't changed 😔

Same horrible service since regrandopenig. Only thing that has changed is prices doubled. Same bad service at X2 $. Food is good. Management is a Total disgrace with lost untrained associates. Sad overpriced slow slow service fast food establishment. I truly enjoyed your food I just not willing to put up with your BS anymore. My parents also enjoyed your food. However they cannot enter your restaurant because the doors still stick years later and they are not strong enough to open them. If management does their job things run smoothly.

Gave them a new shot since they reopened. Did a mobile order to be picked up at 7:30. Plenty of notice. Upon arrival, store was empty as usual with no one in line. No one in the drive thru. They had not started my order and still had to cook the biscuits. “2 minutes” they said. 10 minutes later it arrived, Takeaway: Allow extra time.

Hardee’s take 2 didn’t last long. They’ll be just like Sonic. One foot in the grave and the other on a banana peel. Only one car in line, and an empty parking lot. I still end up waiting 20mins to get through the line. If we had time to wait we would have went inside. Handed them my debit card to pay when I pulled up to the window. After the long wait and getting my food. I had to ask if they were done with my card and if so I’d like have it back. Sandwiches were soggy because they were done way before the hash-rounds. Then when I get home the hash-rounds weren’t cooked enough to eat. So $30 for 4 soggy sandwiches. Really wanted them to be better and succeed long term. Don’t bother with the automated response. Not interested in any coupons to a place we won’t be going back to.

Should have stayed closed. Hated this place before they closed. But decided to give them another chance. Only to get food poisoning after trying them since they re opened. Avoid this place. It should just be shut down again.

The re-opening honeymoon phase is over! The wait is back on. We went to the drive thru for supper and sat in the parking lot to eat. Waited at the window 8 minutes after we paid, fries we cold, hamburger patties were luke warm. Tried again this Sunday morning for breakfast. The car at the speaker in front of us got tired of waiting and left. We were about to leave and they finally wanted to take our order. No receipt was given. Lady at the window told my husband after he paid that they were out of blueberry biscuits and wanted to see his receipt. He told her she didn't give him a receipt. Then she ask him if he ordered swiss cheese on his omelet sandwich. Which he did not. After waiting, and waiting finally the bag of food was given. The biscuits and gravy containers had gravy all over the outside, hashrounds were cold and all over the plastic bag like they just dumped them in and threw the container in.
They should have kept the people that were working the re-opening phase. Hardees will not last at this rate.

Well had job there before they closed. Then when reopen can have my job back see. I never got my job back
All my food is barely warm. Hot ham n cheese was cold as was one of the double cheeseburgers. Tried to call and no one answers, says no one is available to take your call. I was told food and service was much better after reopening. Person at window didn't give me the correct change. I had to tell him how much he owed me. Got home and found I was shorted a double cheeseburger.This is sad service. Thought they would do better! Should have just closed down.
