This place is always messed up, always out of something, last time it was coke, always having you pull forward for simple orders and waiting, they don't even have French toast sticks for breakfast anymore which was one of the only reasons I'd stop there, now I only stop if I have my trailer on my truck because I know there parking lot won't be full and drive through won't be busy and maneuvering a large trailer is easier that way, hopefully they bulldoze this place soon so parking is better again for rural king

I have never had a 5 star experience all around at a fast food restaurant until I came to Hardees in Greenville Ohio (which says a lot because id rate almost every other fast food in Greenville at a 3 or 4 at their absolute best and a few others at a low 2 most times). We've been a few times now, and the staff has been incredible each time, the food comes out hot and fast, tastes delicious, and is even budget friendly. I go away more satisfied from Hardee's for $7 than I ever would from any other fast food join. I've also never been impressed enough by food and service to post a rating to Google before, especially about a chain restaurant. 100% recommend to anyone traveling though or living in Greenville.

2ND trip here….NEVER NEVER eat here , I ordered two chicken biscuits, sweet tea, bowl of gravy, Chicken Biscuits were cooked to order in OLD grease……. Had to throw them out,
Never got the gravy, I asked for sweet tea they gave me unsweet, Then they told me they were out of tea, This is at 10 AM in the morning, then I find out no-one made the sweet tea got a refund
So I went across the street to McDonald’s, They took pity on me and let me have the breakfast even though it was past 1030
Now I understand why Hardee’s parking lot is always empty

This place is a joke , I order on the mobile app get there and there is 4-5 cars that get food and drive off we were sitting there waiting . I get told they put mobile orders till after the drive thru is clear … then we still get cold food!! My husband goes in to complain and they follow him out the door screaming things that should never be said! Idc if it’s the last place in town I’ll eat grass clippings

The staff was friendly I’ll give it to them. The food was mediocre at best. Not bad but not great. The burgers were very dry. Haven’t been to a hardes in over 20 years. It will be easily another 20 before I try one again.
I gave Hardees a rating of one a long time ago. But I am impressed with their changes and now service is fast and friendly. Food is good. I am glad I gave them a send chance.

I ordered a bacon 1/4 cheeseburger, fries and a strawberry lemonade. I waited for about 10minutes, because they dropped everything fresh for I had went inside. The manager Z was cool and had excellent service. I was appreciative for him keeping up with the wait time and so forth. At the register I told him exactly how I wanted my sandwich, he had it correct on the receipt(IN PICTURE 1) p.s. dont mind the jelly, its really good with bacon and lettuce with nothing on it ;). After I had got my sandwich I left the premises and checked my sandwich, the cook did not read the directions, because it had all of the stuff on the sandwich that I did not want. But overall, I took the shit off and then ate the burger. The burger was decent, 6/10. The fries were good. The strawberry lemonade was a little bit too syrupy.
