This makes twice now that I am charged sales tax on food only order while going thru the drive thur. In ohio food to go is tax free. The worker said she didn't know how to change to not charge tax. Keep an eye on your receipts!!

Not sure it’s hit or miss at this point. It is trying to improve. Seems they cant keep help. The food is 50/50 you have to take a chance. I can tell it would be a good place to eat if it could find the right staffing.

To whome it may concern, I am a loyal paying costumer i enjoy dining in , and the employees that take my order. And the food is great! I have one complain! When I dine in the gm.was really rude wasn't good with service, and I couldn't stay to dine in and enjoy my meal,her appearance was not professional, and her hygiene was not good! 🤢 so as a paying customer I like to dine in this restaurant where I like to enjoy my food and not have to listen to a general manger talkto her employees through the loud enough for paying customers like myself to hear. The. New GM smells really bad, she is so rude and rolls her eyes. My sandwich bun was burnt so I told her a she said that’s toasted not burnt, I showed her a she said nothing I can do about it. I will not be coming back to the restaurant!! I loved there food two months ago

Food is inconsistent, soda machines work half the time and the restrooms are not cleaned half the times, Lobby is cold most the time, and the parking lot is never kept plowed! Present manager has very poor leadership skills. I look for this business to close in January 2026. It saddens me because I've liked your product over the years. Thank you! Concerned customer.

The gm that works there smella really bad and never helos her works
Womens bathroom had 1 working toilet and even that wouldn't flush. It was freezing inside no matter where we sat. Good was good but I asked for tye low carb bun(lettuce bun) and hot one piece of lettuce with my patty. Fries were good, one of the pop machines was broken.

This place is always messed up, always out of something, last time it was coke, always having you pull forward for simple orders and waiting, they don't even have French toast sticks for breakfast anymore which was one of the only reasons I'd stop there, now I only stop if I have my trailer on my truck because I know there parking lot won't be full and drive through won't be busy and maneuvering a large trailer is easier that way, hopefully they bulldoze this place soon so parking is better again for rural king
