When we pulled up to the drive-thru we were asked to hold on for a second We waited and waited and waited I had to say hello after 15 minutes pretty sure they forgot we were there there was a line behind us It took them forever to get our food they had us pull out to the front and then they had our order wrong. I was really hoping that when they had new management it would get better but it really hasn't changed 😔
Compared to the last time I went in before they closed, it's a complete 180 tonight. I was very impressed with it tonight. Staff was friendly, dining area was clean. Food came out quickly and it was hot. I would suggest going and giving it another try before talk smack about the place. After out experience tonight definitely giving 2 thumbs up.
This Hardee's was recently closed and reopened under new management and training and is making such a turnaround!! Stopped in today during their grand opening week and had fast, friendly service and HOT and FRESH food! Much better service and food than the other fast food joints and cheaper to boot.
