I ordered a bowl for my mom and the bowl was mostly all rice barley any meat or lettuce and she didn't get any sauce that comes on it won't go back for a while when you got people just standing around not doing anything you employees not washing there hands.

Absolutely love Hothead Burrito. Just don't go to this location. 1) Always getting orders wrong. 2) If you get a bowl its 90% rice with the tiniest scoop of protein. Overall this used to be a great place to go but chipotle is way better in Greenville for this type of food.

This place is pitiful. Cannot believe they keep their doors open giving portion sizes like this. Hot Head in Greenville used to be the place to go, I wouldn’t give $20.50 for this crap again. I had to ask for additional rice and beans because I swear I got 12 black beans in my bowl. This burrito is the size of my fist, what happen to the burrito being stuffed they couldn’t even roll them? I have small hands and this is just sad. Wouldn’t recommend ever going back to this store. 0/5 stars.

The employees were rude messed up our our gave us half the portions we usually get when ordering they didnt know about the promotion they had going on everything was dry and greasy and they didn’t like act like they cared about the customers Poor service employee was rude didn’t make the food right the employee was female brown hair in a bun glasses and the customer service department didn’t even bother to do anything about it and I won’t go back and the store manager told us that they wouldn’t do anything about it

My husband bought us bowls Last night and we ate some yesterday and finished the rest for lunch, well attempted to finish the rest. We found a hair in each of our bowls, and almost threw up. Seriously disgusting and disappointing. Hot Head needs to start making their employees wear hair nets, because nobody wants contaminated food. Would not recommend until they start implementing hair nets or something.

We ordered online. When we got our order home I realized they did not follow my order. They had put corn on my bowl. I am highly allergic to corn. I couldn't eat my bowl. Seems like a careless mistake. This could have been a fatal mistake for me. I don't see me ordering anytime soon from them.

Never felt so rushed in my life!! We went in at 2pm today (Friday) and was met by a young man that talked so fast & asked you want this & want that?? There was no one in line behind us so don't understand the reason for rush!!! Then when he squeezed out the Sweet Habanero sauce there was a big blob that came out-looked like Jello!! Not sure if/when we'll go back....
