We ordered online. When we got our order home I realized they did not follow my order. They had put corn on my bowl. I am highly allergic to corn. I couldn't eat my bowl. Seems like a careless mistake. This could have been a fatal mistake for me. I don't see me ordering anytime soon from them.

Never felt so rushed in my life!! We went in at 2pm today (Friday) and was met by a young man that talked so fast & asked you want this & want that?? There was no one in line behind us so don't understand the reason for rush!!! Then when he squeezed out the Sweet Habanero sauce there was a big blob that came out-looked like Jello!! Not sure if/when we'll go back....

Panda No Jams

My most recent visit last Friday was horrible. We ordered online like we usually do. We got there 5 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time, and they hadn't even started making our food . None of the workers were present when we first arrived. The store, including the kitchen, was very dirty and just unclean in general. We got really slow service and no apology for our wait. This used to be a good place to eat at, but not anymore. We will be taking our business to Chipotle from now on.

Food was good. But the girl making my burrito and bowl just sprinkled a little cheese on and I ask for a little more and she charged me .70 each. I know I didn't get .70 worth of cheese. ? she also was not very friendly. She forgot my chips. I asked for them she put them in my bag. I said thank you. And she just walked away. Everyone else was very nice.

Wow! First and last time in a Hot Head Burritos! I asked for double meat, steak and chicken. I then asked for double meat of both. The guy behind the counter, Logan, got all snippy with me. He told me it was going to cost me more. I said yes, not worried about it. He acted like I was stealing his food off his plate. He went down to the cashier and told her in a snippy tone that I was getting double meat doubled. He was just rude and somehow put out! Between my wife, my sister, and 2 kids, our bill was over $90... we even tipped well over 20%. I guess he doesn't like to sell the food! Well, not to me ever again.

Didn't start my on-line order until after I got there to pick it up. Everyone was working hard and was friendly. They got my order done shortly and I understood since they were busy. I blame this on the GM. They were probably understaffed, underpaid and under appreciated. It has been my experience after Covid, that most of restaurant issues have been blamed on the workers. My opinion, it's all in how it is ran. You can't just open the doors and wait for the money to "roll in". GMs and owners are going to have to start working as hard or harder as they want their employees. Please note that I still gave 5 stars ?.
