Went to the drive thru for a 7 pc chicken and sides yesterday for lunch. Planning to eat with family, tailgating at the harness horse matinee. How do they expect people to eat fried chicken, mashed potatoes and coleslaw with NO SPOONS, FORKS, WET WIPES OR NAPKINS?? THANKS....NOTHING LIKE WIPING YOUR HANDS ON TOILET PAPER FROM THE FAIRGROUNDS. Plus the grease must have been old as the chicken had an aftertaste. Had to bring the sides home and eat it later vs eating with our fingers. Poor training or poor management for something so basic to be omitted.

Walked in, the person taking care of the customers was in the kitchen working. Not sure why, but had to wait a good while to get waited on. The food was ok, but very, very salty.

$30 for 12 pieces of chicken and when I get it home there are only 7 pieces in it. If I didn't live 20 miles from there I would have returned it. Now let's decide on which 2 kids don't eat. Thanks Alot!!!

Friendly to your face behind your back I could hear the staff running me down got a pot pie it was cooked lopsided this place has made the list of places I now boycott McDonald's burger king Hardee's and now KFC they can find someone else to kick around
9 yr old grandson and i went thru the drive thru 2 times during his xmas break from his school not consist cooking because the skin was soggy 1st time and skin wasnt crispy on the chicken sandwich 2nd time i know you can do better because used too have the best chicken sandwich of all the competitors
