9 yr old grandson and i went thru the drive thru 2 times during his xmas break from his school not consist cooking because the skin was soggy 1st time and skin wasnt crispy on the chicken sandwich 2nd time i know you can do better because used too have the best chicken sandwich of all the competitors

Haven't been to Burger King in 4 years, 3 years Wendy's, 2 years Arby's, KFC is on the menu now. Fast food workers here are incapable of doing there job. Food isn't fresh, portions are small.

VERRRRY GREASY original recipe chicken. Tasted old too.
Everytime they put our meals in a plastic bag, and this one lady ALWAYS tips the bag and our meal has become covered with the coleslaw and juices. Horrible She has done it too many times.

Ordered 5 piece tender meal. Received 4 tenders. Ordered bbq sauce. Received no sauce. Ordered 2 meals with potatoes and gravy. Meals were put in bag upside down so gravy was everywhere. No napkins.

Ordered food online and they refused to fix a messed up order was supposed to be 3 piece 2 breasts and a wing in crispy and it was all in famous, they said since I ordered it online they couldn’t change it to crispy and Cole slaw was nasty and dried out and fries were cold , it all went in the trash as it was not fit to eat nasty and dried out chicken will never go back to this location! Called corporate and they took all my info and put me on hold to get a refund and never got back on the line with me! Wasted $12.20 never go to this location!!!!!
