The last three times I’ve gone through, their ice cream machine is out of service. It’s currently 6:18. It’s not even like it’s close to closing time.
Update: three weeks later, 11:30. Ice cream machine is down again and they’re “out” of the Shamrock shake on St. Patrick’s Day. Called about it and I’m told by a snarky employee that they’re waiting on a compressor. Waiting for two months? I truly doubt it.

Drive thru orders....Ordered a special tea and got a sweet tea. Ordered a Dr.Pepper and got a coke. No napkins in the bag. I have gone through drive thru several times and don't get Napkins. Last week our fries were cold.....

I do not have a vehicle myself so I got a ride to get me and my two children dinner for the night spent $30 got a raw hamburger half a thing of fries and we had to pull up and wait for it all ???

Used the mobile app on 7-10-2024 placed the order at 7:25 am got to the like at 7:34 Still had to wait 5 plus minutes. Only had this issue at this McDonald's on sweitzer. One on Wagner I never had any issues like this

Of the 2 McDonalds in Greenville, this is the only one I and a lot of other people will go to. The staff and management at this store are all very friendly and helpful. The staff and management at the other store in town are very hateful and think they are doing you a favor waiting on you.
Parking: Big lot and really good handicapped parking.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to get through the doors.
