I've been coming through the drive thru in the mornings generally with my dog. I get a coffee for me and a cup of water for him. I also get sausage biscuits for my husband for work. Everything is hot and fresh! Generally, I do not have to wait very long when I have to pull around and wait. Everyone I've encountered working the windows to get my money or hand out food has been polite and courteous

Prior to this visit, there was a lot of love lost for McDonalds. However, this visit was different. Every item we ordered was fresh, hot and delicious. I haven’t been that satisfied with a McDonalds meal since the 90s. This store should be what all other store strive to replicate.

On a VERY regular basis orders get messed up. The drive thru workers especially seem to entirely ignore special instructions like "no ice" or "no pickles" or "made to order"... on numerous occasions I've ordered a root beer and received a coke.... when the food is made correctly it's as good as any other McDonalds but the staff here needs to pay a lot more attention to what they're doing. This has been an ongoing issue for years and has shown no sign of improving.

Constantly getting cold fries. Went through this morning at about 10:30 and food was cold! Also ordered cookies and they were brought out to me about falling out of the bottom of the box.

The food isn't worth what they are charging. Especially when burgers and everything are smaller than before but want to charge more...I will go to a dine in restaurant... comparable prices but better food
