The food is always sloppy thrown together, the staff dose not understand how to properly take orders and get them correct, how do you forget 3 burgers and a fry, ridiculous that we have to check our bags when they should be checked before leaving the restaurant. I would highly recommend Burger King right down the road Burger King is fresh fast and you get what u buy…do not recommend mc Donald’s

Today, during a two and a half hour break from work in Union City, Indiana, I traveled to Greenville to shop. I decided to stop at McDonald's to purchase a large Coke for my next client and myself. The employee at the drive--thru was Sebastian. Not only did he wait on me in a timely fashion, he did it in a very kind and professional way. The only complaint I had was one of the lids on the two Cokes was just laid in top of the cup and not snapped in place. I'm so thankful I caught that error and diverted disaster. 10/10. I'll definitely return.

Visited with my 11 year old for the first time in quite a while. Got reminded why it's been so long. Only 1 of the 4 ordering kiosks worked, and it was out of receipt paper. The fries were the only thing edible. My daughter's nuggets were barely warm, and my quarter pounder looked and tasted like it came out of the trash. I've had better gas station cheeseburgers. The dining room was filthy. Floors hadn't been swept all day, trash cans were full, and the tables were all dirty. New guy working at the counter - he was polite and brought us our order quickly at least. Issues weren't his fault.If you can deal with the long wait times, the drive through might be okay, but I don't recommend eating inside at this location.

Came inside to eat ordered a #2 no cheese. They of course put cheese on it which was no biggie however when I ask you to correct it the manager gets an attitude about it. Do better McDonald's next time try reading your screen and this wouldn't happen!

The food is always fine the staff is TOTALLY AWESOME but a lot of times they are not open at 5:00 once in a while is understandable but almost every day need's to be fixed. Maybe they need to open at 6:00 so there will be no confusion.
McDonald's shouldn't even be labeled as food with how processed it is.
