Way too much seasoning. Tasted like garlic salt and oregano. No sauce despite asking for extra sauce. You know the aspartame-filled deliciousness that is associated with Pizza Hut tomatoes? Yeah, nada of that. Which kinda sucks bc I was craving bad food. I got bad food but not in the way I was expecting. Just a grave disappointment of an ending for this disappointing day. Oh well, probably the universe's way of keeping me on a diet.

Everytime we get food it’s not good. Always soggy.
Placed an order today and I got told 30 minutes for delivery and an hour and a half later still nothing. Called the driver no answer, called the store no answer and now they close early I guess

Ordered online for delivery. The restaurant cancelled our entire order because they were out of wings. They never contacted us about the order. Finally heard from the door dash driver that it had been cancelled. Tried to call to figure out what was going on but was never able to talk to anyone at the local store.

Was the worst food I have had in a long time. Will never order from them again.

Placed an order through the app. Checked it 35 minutes later and it said my order was canceled. Tried call the store to find out what happen and I only got a call center person. Spoke with them for a second and they transferred me to the store. Sat on hold for 20 minutes and just gave up. Apparently my business is not good enough for Pizza Hut.

Waited over an hour and a half called the store waited on hold for over 40 minutes called from another line that person told me my order would be there in another 45 minutes. My husband at this point had already left to go get our kids something else to eat somewhere else. Very very poor experience. No pictures as we did not get our order

cant call the store directly, have to call and talk to prince habib who barely speaks or understands english. then, when you order and pay online, they make you pay $4 more when you get there. bull, i paid online, that $4 is your problem, not mine. you're lucky the wife came to pickup instead of me.
