With being extremely popular, understandably can be a long wait at times. But the staff is always working hard and work hard to make sure you feel welcome. I know that staffing is something that is out of their hands when corporations don't want to put money to good use to have an appropriate number of baristas or hours for the business they bring in. So I'd say I have five stars for Starbucks 0 stars for Kroger. The staff is amazing and i know they have plenty of customers...
The baristas do amazing and with the popularity of Starbucks it's understandable why it's as packed as it is somedays. Always worth the wait for me! I love my Carmel brulee lattes!
