The woman making my sub had me repeat my order multiple times was disrespectful towards me and put the sauce on the out side edge of my sub before smashing it down causing the said sauce to be all over the out side of the sub I will never come back to this establishment

Priotizes in person over drive thru customers. Don't even bother going through the drive thru if there are people inside as they will make you wait until everyone is cleared out. Saw multiple people come and go while I waited in line for 45 mins

Went into the store and this poor guys working alone. But let me tell you that didnt stop this guy from putting his heart and soul into these subs. Idk how they do it but compared to the subway by taco bell these guys are great. Subway by taco bell sucks... sorry not sorry. I went in at 1:10pm on 6/21/25 that guy deserves a raise!! Customer service to the max and you can taste the passion!!

Horrible service the manager was super lazy. I asked for more sauce and he didn’t want to refill the bottle. Very bad service kid checked me out and messed up three times there poor service.

I came in for a mobile order at 6 pm and I’ve been in here for almost an hour, it’s still not made it looks like there’s only one person in here working, she was also snappy on the speaker when asking about mobile order too.. how is this subway even open still?

I went through the drive through at this location. It was so refreshing to be waited on in such a pleasant and professional manner. My elite chicken bacon ranch sub was fantastic too!

I was absolutely treated like garbage I ordered a footlong sub they said that the BLT only come with four pieces of bacon on a footlong are you kidding me the floors were nasty it was the most nasty experience at Subway I have ever had I will never go there again

I have never had someone get absolutely everything about the order wrong. Wrong cheese, wrong type of bread, none of the avocado that we paid extra for on either sandwiches, nothing was toasted as it was supposed to be, and the sandwiches were so heavily drenched in sauce as to be an indelible, soaking wet piles of slop.

If you're going to hire kids make sure there's supervisors there to accommodate. Slow service bc the kid was too busy talking with females. Get up there and there's no guacamole out. I'll go across town.

The one time I stopped here to get just a pretzel and they don't have any in stock. I don't understand how you run out of something so simple but I would hate to see how the rest of the store is ran based on that.
