So first my kids and I went through the drive-thru and it was pouring down raining so I didn't have my window down the lady that was inside the facility she was very rude very disrespectful and she talked way too fast for anybody to understand her but my son tried to explain how he wanted his Subway she was very short with us she was very short with both my kids got very nasty with both of them I just felt that it just wasn't a very good experience and nor was it a very good day to have ate at this Subway

I normally like coming here to get food. But this is the second time I've gotten a drink and the ice has this black piece of idk what, in it (look at picture below)! I don't expect to get a drink and end up with black specks in the ice!

The experience was alright, felt like I didn't get the amount of food on my sub as I should have, I asked heavy everything, and maybe only got 5 or 6 things each each that I got, just completely sucked
