Went in with physical coupon for a footlong Sub got it was waiting on the transit the employee called the police on me could hear her talk to them on her cell phone they basically said I was waiting on the transit that's usually what he does this is another restaurant I will now boycott hopefully they go out of business.

I usually have a good experience at Subway but today was bad.
Only drive thru and took forever to get ordered. Did not get one of the veggies right.

Quality of our subs was fine but the service was very slow. there seem to be more concentration on the drive-thru window then to the people who actually took the time to come into the store. Staff was friendly and nice The problem is there was just one person running the location.

It's been a while since I have tried Subway. Impressed with the facelift this store has received. It's very clean and fresh. Nice and friendly ladies that worked there, but how they greeted me was a little confusing. Instead of greeting me with a hello. They asked me if I was there to pick up an online order. That's my only complaint and reasoning to giving 4 instead of 5 stars. Overall, glad to be eating Subway again.

Made an order online because of the $6.99 any footlong deal...first of all, the website is pretty confusing to navigate, but that isn't the store's fault. I ordered a sub, a Gatorade, a chip and a cookie. If you are picking up an online order, make sure you check your bag (even though you shouldn't have to) because they forgot my Gatorade AND chips! Will never be coming back to this location or ordering Subway online!!! Total waste of money.

Also, mayo everywhere, no napkins and didn't even cut the sub in half!!šŸ™„ I will only be going to Penn Station for now on.

Ordered a sub on the app. Waited 20 mins, called store, no answer. Called store again 10 mins later, no answer. Sub has not been started yet. If you want a sub in a reasonable time, don’t order here.

I like subway a lot but I’ve pretty much stopped going because the last 5 times I’ve gone to this location I waited 15 minutes or more. Most recently I just left after 20 minutes.

Food was not toasted like it was suppose to be. Then I was charged for a foot long sub and only received a 6 inch. I did get my money back however it was to much but I gave up after that I even tried to convince them that it wasn't correct but it didn't work. PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR RECIEPTS!

I had just sat here for like 20 minutes waiting in the drive through, then when he starts asking me what bread options i want he said, ā€œ just a moment pleaseā€ and left me there for like 8 more minutes, then i got home to my food and its cold not toasted and on the wrong bread

After placing a mobile order I waited 30 minutes before the app said ready, when I went in to pick it up they said it hasn’t even been started and I’d have to wait. All for while making the customer in there’s sub to realize it was done the entire time. Absolutely horrible experience and I most likely will not be returning to this location.

But if u have customer inside the building u wait on then instead of doing door dash. If u can't used coupons for the series subs then why are u send out the coupons in the mail.

Walked into subway today and they have added a big metal shroudbehind the glass to hide the meat. There has been plenty of times when I have selected a different item from the menu based on the visuals of the meat qualty. I will not be back there unless it is remvoed. It just makes ppl suspicious!
