Applebee's Grill + Bar

Absolute horrible place. Manager was rude and would not come out & talk to us. She took 3 times sending the front desk lady back out to finally come out. We called ahead to ask questions 4 times doing EXACTLY what the manager the night before said to do & the manager the next day said no & wouldnt accommodate us. Ruining my dads surprise 68th birthday dinner. Would never come back.

Ladies restroom horrible. Food wasn't great at all felt really sick after eating a little bit. Waitresses was nice and helpful. Called over to tell the manger about it was hung up on in accused of yelling at her. Called back in she keep picking up in hanging up. Telling me nobody else complained about. Not cool I'm a manager and I would never speak or act that way with a customer. So no

We stopped in after seeing someone post about a new appetizer. So we stopped into the Stringtown Rd. location. The food was all delicious (was pleasantly surprised) our server was great and personable. The restaurant seemed short staffed but was able to get food out in a reasonable time frame. We will definitely come back.

It's just okay. Food is decent. But the selection of drinks especially in the bar area is terrible. There is no good bourbon or other liquor. It's all bottom shelf or cheap stuff. Don't go there very often because of that. Actually very surprised that they don't address those limitations. I guess that explains why the bar area is always open and plenty of seating.

Our waitress Taylor was really nice. Food was delicious and you can't beat the price. Drinks were really good. The old fashion was perfect.

Did a 92 Togo order got the steaks 1out of 3 was right other 2 was raw left out one of the orders not too happy to spend over 100plus with the tip called was put on hold I get it be busy but come back an tell me something this used to be our go to spot but isn’t anymore spent 100 didn’t get all my order

I placed a takeout order online and was given an estimated time of 6:56 pm. I arrived approximately 6:55pm and had to wait a few moments for my food to be ready, okay no problem. As im waiting there’s another lady there who had mentioned that her food was supposed to be ready nearly half an hour ago (maybe 7:15 At this point) I waited and waited and waited, by time 7:30 rolls around I asked the bartender to cancel my order as I was just going to go somewhere else for dinner. My daughter was out in the car with my wife and she was crying I didn’t have time to keep waiting. After asking the bartender to cancel my order I wait for confirmation of refund, and she comes out with my food. Her explanation was “I have your food right here, she’s like 2 screens back on the food orders ready.” Which tells me my food had been ready in the kitchen and they don’t have their ducks in order to keep things moving efficiently. Okay, that doesn’t make me very hopeful for the quality of this food, but we’ll go home and try it. We drive home (maybe 10 minutes) and start to eat and the food was cold. In these hard economic times I don’t necessarily have $50 to waste on food. But here I am, spent $50 here on dinner and still have to make myself something edible to eat

By far the worst Applebee’s I’ve set foot in! We ordered a 2 for $25 item, an appetizer, and a meal for my girlfriend’s daughter. One of those meals was to put in to-go for my girlfriend after her daughter and I got our meals because my girlfriend was at work. The server brought our drinks. I never got sweetener for my unsweet tea. Even after two reminders. I finally just got up and got my own sweetener from another table. Our meals arrived, all three of them at the same time. So of course my girlfriend’s dinner would be cold by the time we took it to her. Our appetizer, the chips and artichoke dip, came AFTER our meals came and only AFTER we reminded the waiter to please bring it out. Come on. Not even close. $51.29 + tip…come on please do better. The sign on the front door that says pardon our dust doesn’t even begin to set the expectation for the lack of service here.

I have been at this restaurant because of the food.

My husband and I went there for dinner last week and the service was so slow and they weren’t even crowded. Our waiter could not multitask. He could only help one table at a time for anything. I waited 20 minutes for my drink from the bar. I could see it sitting there forever. Finally had to ask someone else if they could grab it. Then waited another 20 minutes to order our food. Then it took a half hour to get it. Our waiter kept disappearing for long periods. He only had about 5 tables. We joked that he must be cooking our food too. Won’t be coming back anytime soon if at all.

Food was just OK . Marcos our server was fantastic. To be fair we don't eat out much & we can cook ourselves pretty good. I had a chicken salad that was lettuce chicken & dressing & that's it presentation was sloppy. My wife had French onion soup, it had almost no onions & no taste, but as I said our server was fantastic & made it a great time despite the food.

Clean, comfortable and service was great. Food was not good this time and they ended up having to take mine away as the chicken was spoiled. They replaced it with something g I really wasn’t in the mood to, but that at least tasted good. Everyone has a mistake or off day, spoiled chicken is a big one though so I removed a couple points this time.
